Drive organizational change management initiatives related to Agile adoption. Present Agile maturity assessments, metrics, and transformation progress to leadership teams. Metrics & Governance Define and implement Agile KPIs and performance metrics. Establish Agile governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms. Track team health, productivity, velocity, cycle time, lead time, and other Agile metrics. Use data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities.Conduct Agile workshops, leadership coaching sessions, and training programs. Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile practitioners. Create Agile playbooks, standards, and best-practice frameworks. Build internal Agile capability and communities of practice. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience 9-12 years of overall IT experience with at least 4-6 years in Agile Coaching roles. Proven experience leading enterprise Agile transformations. Experience coaching multiple Agile teams within large-scale organizations. Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams. Agile Expertise Strong understanding of: Scrum Kanban Lean Agile SAFe Framework Agile Release Train (ART) DevOps practices Value Stream Mapping Tools JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps Miro / Mural Rally (Good to Have) Leadership Skills Exceptional coaching and mentoring capabilities. Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
