You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of web applications—from back-end logic and API creation to front-end implementation. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between robust C#/.NET architecture and visually stunning, AI-enabled digital experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nFull-Stack Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using C#, Python, React, and Next.js.\nSitecore Integration: Lead development within the Sitecore.AI ecosystem, including template/layout creation, component development, and leveraging Sitecore Layout Service and JSS.\nFront-End Excellence: Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive components. Implement complex animations (GSAP) and ensure high performance (Page Speed/Web Vitals).\nBack-End & AI: Develop server-side logic in C# for Sitecore customizations. Utilize Python for data-intensive tasks, machine learning integrations, and custom APIs.\nDatabase & DevOps: Manage SQL Server and NoSQL databases; participate in CI/CD pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps/Jenkins.\nCollaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the technical feasibility of high-fidelity animations and modular UI elements.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience: 7+ years of professional full-stack experience (with at least 2-3 years focused on high-end UI implementation and animation).\nSitecore Expertise: Deep knowledge of Sitecore CMS (preferably Sitecore.AI or XMCloud), xDB, xConnect, and Personalization.\nTechnical Stack: * Strong proficiency in C# / .NET Core and Python.\nExpertise in React and Next.js.\nSolid understanding of HTML5, CSS (Sass/Less), and JavaScript (ES6+).\nAnimations: Strong portfolio showcasing UI development skills and GSAP animations.\nFoundations: Experience with RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) patterns.\n\nPreferred Skills (Bonus Points)\n\nSitecore Developer Certification.\nExperience with Sitecore Helix architecture and headless implementations.\nFamiliarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Cloud platforms (Azure preferred).\nKnowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG) for dynamic and animated UI elements.\nHands-on experience with AI/LM
