Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React.js, React Native, and AWS. The role will involve designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications across web and mobile platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise with Java and Spring Boot, along with practical experience building frontend applications using React and mobile applications using React Native.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable microservices and backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Design and implement frontend applications using React.js.
- Develop and maintain mobile applications or shared components using React Native.
- Integrate frontend and mobile applications with backend APIs and enterprise services.
- Apply microservices architecture principles to build modular, resilient, and maintainable applications.
- Design solutions with appropriate focus on availability, scalability, security, performance, and reliability.
- Deploy and support applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health using services such as AWS CloudWatch and relevant observability tools.
- Troubleshoot application, deployment, API, integration, and cloud-related issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding, testing, security, and architectural best practices.
- Develop unit and integration tests and contribute to overall application quality.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and other engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support CI/CD, release, deployment, and production-support activities.
- Contribute to performance optimization, technical improvements, and modernization of existing applications.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6 - 12 years of experience in software development with strong hands-on experience in Java.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, service-to-service communication, distributed systems, and backend architecture.
- Hands-on experience with React.js for modern web application development.
- Hands-on experience with React Native for mobile application development.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend development concepts.
- Strong experience with AWS and cloud-based application deployment.
- Experience with AWS CloudWatch or equivalent monitoring and observability tools.
- Good understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and secure API development.
- Experience with databases and efficient data-access patterns.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Git, testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and software development lifecycle practices.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
