The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and drive initiatives from ideation through production.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPartner with business stakeholders to identify and drive AI/ML business initiatives and use cases.\n\nTranslate business problems and requirements into scalable, production-ready AI/ML solutions.\n\nDesign and develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions while remaining fully hands-on technically.\n\nLead solution architecture, POCs, model development, integration, and deployment.\n\nDrive adoption of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and other relevant AI technologies.\n\nIntegrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.\n\nEvaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for business transformation.\n\nEstablish best practices around AI solution design, model evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps/LLMOps.\n\nRequired Skills\n\n12+ years of experience with strong hands-on expertise in AI/ML engineering and solution architecture.\n\nStrong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.\n\nHands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI application development.\n\nExperience designing and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\nStrong understanding of APIs, data platforms, model deployment, MLOps/LLMOps, and enterprise integration.\n\nAbility to engage directly with business stakeholders and convert business requirements into practical AI solutions.\n\nStrong problem-solving, architecture, technical leadership, and communication skills.\n\nKey Expectation\n\nThis is a 100% hands-on Architect-level role, not a purely managerial or advisory position.
