In this role, you will lead a team of high-performing engineers, champion best practices in resilient system design, and collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into scalable, fault-tolerant solutions using .NET Core / .NET 8.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Technical Leadership & System Design : Architect, build, and maintain high-throughput REST APIs and Event-Driven Microservices utilizing .NET Core (.NET 6+).\n\n- Architecture & Standards : Define resilient design patterns, microservices architecture, and enterprise integration patterns across distributed systems.\n\n- Team Mentorship & Execution : Guide and mentor a team of engineers, conduct rigorous code reviews, establish engineering standards, and ensure high code quality and test coverage. Should be hands on with coding.\n\n- Continuous Improvement & DevOps : Partner with DevOps to drive continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Octopus Deploy.\n\n- Observability & Reliability : Design systems with robust monitoring and logging strategies using tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.\n\n- Cross-Functional Engagement : Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and Agile teams to break down complex epics into scalable tech designs and deliverables.\n\nQualifications & Requirements : \n\n- Experience : 11+ years of industry experience as a full-stack or backend engineer (5 years considered if technical assessment is exceptional).\n\n- Backend Core : Expert in C# or Java with strong OOP and design patterns.
