The ideal candidate will have hands-on understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Loyalty Management, along with strong project governance, stakeholder management, and delivery capabilities.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects from initiation and planning through implementation, deployment, and closure.\n\n- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery plans.\n\n- Coordinate with business, technical, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful Salesforce solution delivery.\n\n- Work closely with Salesforce teams on Marketing Cloud and Loyalty Management implementations, enhancements, and integrations.\n\n- Track project progress, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource requirements.\n\n- Identify potential delivery roadblocks and proactively drive mitigation and resolution.\n\n- Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, status updates, and governance discussions.\n\n- Ensure effective communication across internal teams, business stakeholders, clients, and implementation partners.\n\n- Manage multiple Salesforce initiatives simultaneously while maintaining priorities, timelines, and delivery quality.\n\n- Support release planning, testing, deployment, and production stabilization activities.\n\n- Ensure project documentation, action items, decisions, and governance artefacts are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.\n\n- Drive delivery in line with agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- 10 - 14 years of overall experience, with significant experience in Salesforce Project Management / Salesforce delivery.\n\n- Proven experience managing end-to-end Salesforce implementation and transformation projects.\n\n- Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related implementation processes.\n\n- Strong understanding of Salesforce Loyalty Management / loyalty program implementations.\n\n- Experience managing multiple projects, workstreams, or releases simultaneously.\n\n- Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, dependency management, and governance skills.\n\n- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business, technology, and senior leadership teams.\n\n- Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams in large enterprise environments.\n\n- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach to project risks and issues.\n\n- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and/or hybrid project delivery methodologies.\n\n- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables and coordinate effectively with Salesforce technical teams.\n\nSkills\nSalesforce, Salesforce Loyalty Management, Project Management, Project Manager -
