This is a hands-on role requiring deep End-User Computing expertise combined with strong infrastructure fundamentals.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDesign, deploy, and maintain AWS WorkSpaces environments (Personal, Secure Browser, bundles, images, directories)\n\nLead image lifecycle engineering: creation, patching, versioning, and deployment automation\n\nDrive cost optimization through billing mode analysis, cost optimizer tooling, and usage reporting\n\nBuild and manage monitoring and automation using CloudWatch, EventBridge, CloudTrail, and Lambda\n\nManage ServiceNow ITSM workflows for incident, problem, and change management\n\nLead major incident response and facilitate RCA/PIR/AAR processes\n\nEngage directly with AWS and internal technical teams on architectural decisions and escalations\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\nSenior-level, hands-on AWS WorkSpaces engineering and architecture experience\n\nDeep AWS EUC knowledge: WorkSpaces Personal, Secure Browser, bundles, images, Directory Service/AD\n\nStrong AWS infrastructure fundamentals: VPC, subnets, DNS, routing, security groups, endpoints\n\nWindows and macOS endpoint troubleshooting\n\nScripting and automation skills\n\nExperience leading major incidents and driving root cause analysis\n\nStrong communication skills;
