formal methodology framework.\n\nWork along with а customer and a team of analysts to define and document client requirements.\n\nInstallation, customization and configuration of IT Service Management or Business process applications following industry best practices.\n\nDevelopment of new applications and modules according to customer requirements.\n\nImplementation of integration with other applications and third-party systems.\n\nMaintain and troubleshoot the delivered solutions.\n\nProducing documentation which describes the scope, features, design, and implementation of the technical solution, including deployment and administration guides. \n\nAdvise clients about best practices and particular approaches to solve specific problems in his/her areas of expertise.\n\nRequirements:\n\n\u20285+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation.\n\nHands-on experience with ServiceNow Sales Order Management (SOM) and service2pay solutions.\n\nExperience with implementation and integration of CRM and/or ERP systems.\n\nUser experience or knowledge in configuration and administration of Service Management platforms (e.g. BMC Remedy / Helix ITSM, HP/Micro Focus SM, Zendesk, SolarWinds Service Desk, Cherwell, etc.)\n\nRelational Database Management Systems knowledge – Microsoft SQL, Oracle or other. \u2028Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP, REST), XML and JSON.\n\nUnderstanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, Angular JS.\n\nFamiliarity with ITIL best practices and project delivery methodologies (Agile or Waterfall)  \n\nBSc or MSc in IT, Business,
