architecture, development, and implementation.\nProven experience in leading complex ServiceNow projects across multiple domains (ITSM, ITOM, HR, SecOps, etc.).\nDeep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including custom application development, integrations, and automation.\n Skills:\nExpert-level knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including best practices for design, development, and deployment.\nStrong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.\nStrategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative and scalable solutions.\nLeadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.\n Education:\nBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nServiceNow certifications
