The primary focus centers on driving the reliability and efficiency of essential developer tools and services — including Jenkins, BitBucket, and BuildBarn — for an on-prem installation serving a user base of over 10,000 developers. The delivery of services relies on strong system administration, deep networking knowledge, and automation. While 99% of the infrastructure is Linux-based, cross-ecosystem support covering Linux, Windows, and macOS environments is required. For engagements at a Senior level, the scope extends to leading the diagnosis and resolution of complex performance bottlenecks across this large-scale infrastructure.\nEnglish\n\nLinux & System Administration\n\nNetworking (Firewalls, DNS, VPC/VLANs)\n\nJenkins / Bitbucket / BuildBarn\n\nPython\n\nCI/CD\n\nPowerShell / Windows administration\n\nAzure\n\nmacOS infrastructure support\n\nRequired Expertise and Capabilities:\nAt least 5 years of commercial experience in software engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering, with a strong interest in working on infrastructure.\n\nStrong proficiency in Python (clean, maintainable code, automation, backend services), plus Bash scripting.\n\nProven track record of designing and optimising CI/CD pipelines, ideally with hands-on experience managing on-premise developer tools (Jenkins, BitBucket, BuildBarn).\n\nSolid background in Linux administration and a good understanding of networking (DNS, firewalls, VLANs).\n\nHands-on experience with Docker and container registry management.\n\nStrong analytical skills for diagnosing and solving performance problems at scale, including tracking capacity and system metrics.\n\nEnglish language proficiency at a minimum B2/C1 level.\n\nNice to have:\nPython web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask) and SQL/NoSQL databases.\n\nPerformance, stress, or
