This team sits at the intersection of workforce strategy & corporate services, helping translate complex organizational data into clear insights that inform business decisions. This role will primarily focus on support for corporate services (real estate, safety & security, culinary and more).\nIn this role, the Analyst will provide hands-on analytics, reporting, visualization, and data management support for global and regional stakeholders. The role will help build and maintain dashboards, prepare recurring reports, investigate data quality issues, support stakeholder requests, and contribute to analytics products that improve how leaders access and use data. They will need to be automation-forward and skilled with Microsoft PowerBI.\nThis is a client-facing role that requires curiosity, attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, enjoys solving business problems, and is excited to develop expertise in analytics, visualization, automation, and corporate services reporting.\nAll roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools, to support everyday work, improve productivity, and explore new ways of delivering insights.\nKey Responsibilities\nData, Analytics, and Partnership\nSupport global and regional stakeholders by analyzing people and corporate services dataand translating findings into clear, actionable insights.\nPartner with internal clients to understand business questions, reporting needs, and opportunities to use data to improve decision-making.\nPrepare recurring and ad hoc reports that help stakeholders understand trends, risks, opportunities, and performance across Corporate Services and related People domains.\nExtract, review, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify patterns, answer business questions, and support recommendations.\nHelp investigate and reconcile data issues by researching discrepancies, validating source data, and escalating issues when appropriate.\nSupport analyses related to workforce trends, corporate services operations, service delivery, employee experience, location strategy, capacity planning, resource allocation, and other business priorities.\nCollaborate with cross-functional partners across People Analytics, Corporate Services (primary), Finance, People Business Partners, Talent, Inclusion, and other stakeholder groups.\nContribute to stakeholder meetings by preparing materials, documenting requirements, sharing updates, and supporting follow-up actions.\nProvide analytical and technical support to internal stakeholders, including basic enablement or training on dashboards, reports, and analytics products.\nBring a continuous improvement mindset by identifying opportunities to make reporting more useful, efficient, consistent, and scalable.\nVisualization, Reporting, and Automation\nBuild, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and other AI-forward analytics platforms.\nDevelop clear visualizations that make complex data easier for stakeholders to understand and use.\nSupport the creation of executive-ready reporting materials, including slides, summaries, dashboards, and data narratives.\nMaintain recurring reporting processes and help improve automation where possible.\nUse advanced Excel skills to analyze data, build models, summarize findings, and support stakeholder deliverables.\nLeverage Generative AI and automation tools, where appropriate, to improve efficiency, documentation, code generation, analysis, and reporting workflows.\nCreate and maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, data definitions, business rules, and recurring processes.\nSupport dashboard adoption by helping stakeholders understand how to access, interpret, and use analytics products.\nData Management, Quality, and Governance\nPull, transform, and organize data from primary and secondary data sources, ensuring outputs are accurate, complete, and timely.\nUse SQL, Python, or similar tools for data analysis, manipulation, validation, and automation, where applicable.\nPerform quality assurance on data, reports, dashboards, and stakeholder deliverables.\nSupport data governance practices by following established standards for data privacy, accuracy, security, documentation, and appropriate use.\nHelp maintain consistent data definitions, reporting logic, and process documentation across analytics products.\nSupport data warehouse and reporting enhancement efforts by documenting requirements, testing outputs, and validating data accuracy.\nAssist with designing and improving data processes, from data collection and storage to reporting and analysis.\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications\n2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field.\nEnglish language proficiency.\nExperience working with data, reporting, dashboards, analytics, or business intelligence (Microsoft Power BI).\nProficiency with Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, and analysis.\nAbility to work independently and manage own projects and timelines under guidance of Director\nCuriosity and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and business domains.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nAbility to communicate data findings clearly to non-technical audiences.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\n3 years or more of experience in analytics, business intelligence, HR analytics, people analytics, corporate services analytics, workforce analytics, operations analytics, finance analytics, or a related field.\nExperience working with HR, workforce, corporate services, operations, facilities, travel, procurement, employee experience, or service delivery data.\nFamiliarity with Workday, Power BI, SQL, Python, or cloud/data warehouse environments.\nExperience creating dashboards, recurring reports, data visualizations, and executive-facing presentations.\nExperience with data quality review, process documentation, or reporting governance.\nComfort using Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools to improve productivity and analytical workflows.\nStrong partnership mindset and ability to work collaboratively with global and regional stakeholders.\nAbility to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and practical recommendations.\nVisa is an EEO
