Progress starts with you.\nJob Description\nOverview:\nVisa, Inc. is seeking a Stock Plan Associate to join our Global Equity Program team, based in Austin, TX. This role is responsible to assist in the day-to-day administration of Visa’s global equity programs, including all aspects of equity recordkeeping, reporting, and reconciliation. The Stock Plan Associate assists to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all equity data within stock plan systems and works closely with employees to deliver a high-quality equity administration experience.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport multiple global equity plans, including Non-Qualified Stock Options, and Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP).\nAssist processing of equity transactions such as grants, vesting, exercises, lapses, and cancellations, and support payroll and tax reporting related to equity events.\nMaintain equity records across third-party stock plan administration platforms.\nPartner cross-functionally with Legal, Tax, Payroll, Accounting, Audit, Financial Reporting, and Human Resources.\nSupport insider trading compliance programs, including monitoring blackout periods and trading activity.\nAssist with SEC filings, 10b5-1 plans, stock ownership guideline compliance, and Section 16 reporting (Forms 3, 4, and 5), including proxy-related disclosures.\nCoordinate with transfer agents and third-party administrators to ensure timely settlement of trades and reconciliation of DWAC and transfer agent activity.\nMaintain stock plan documentation in support of internal controls and SOX compliance.\nRespond to employee inquiries and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues effectively.\nPerform other duties related to the administration and ongoing enhancement of the equity programs.\nVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications:\nMinimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n2 or more years of work experience.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel\nMinimum 2 years of experience administering equity compensation programs at a public company.\nExperience supporting global equity programs and multiple equity award types.\nExperience with HRIS platforms.\nExperience with a third-party outsourced stock administration system\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nCustomer-service mindset with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\nExceptionally detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.\nHands-on experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve business processes, automate tasks, and drive operational efficiency.\n\nInformation for US Applicants\nFor roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $71,900.00 to $ 111,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
