Progress starts with you.\nJob Description\nJob SummaryManages Visa technical and business resources required to implement new and add-on Visa products and services. Establishes project scope and identifies opportunities to improve Visa processes and procedures. Gathers and documents project requirements and provides client consultative guidance on Visa regulations, fees, features, and functionality to structure an effective implementation. Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems; identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution and/or product and process improvements. Prepares and maintains detailed project plans, status reports, and issues logs. Translates complex customer business requirements into internal technical language.\nAll roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead project management of implementations for Visa client institutions and processors in assigned region to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.\nManage routine and non-routine, moderately complex processing and change requests, as well as support client initiatives.\nAct as liaison for the client, provide problem management, proactive identification of processing efficiencies, service change support, and system enhancement support.\nCoordinate internal resources to accomplish Visa and client objectives and ensure processing system performance standards are met and that the client perspective is represented within the organization.\nAssess operational opportunities to increase service quality or efficiency.\nPrepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and issues logs.\nBuild and enhance positive working relationships with Visa client institutions, processors, and internal stakeholders.\nRepresent client system and operational requirements to internal Visa organizations.\nResponsible for own workflow assignments and must be able to take the initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines.\nCoordinate internal Visa resources to ensure delivery on commitments.\nReport client project accomplishments and deliverables to management monthly.\nUpdate and enhance internal support documents to assist internal and external stakeholders.\nSupport biannual business enhancements and all Visa mandates.\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications\n2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).\nExperience in banking or financial services industries or a technical support role.\nExperience in managing project plans, status reports, and issues logs.\nExperience in coordinating internal and external resources for project delivery.\nExperience in troubleshooting and documenting technical issues.\nExperience in client consultative guidance and requirements gathering.\nFluency in speaking Arabic, Russian, and French\nPreferred Qualifications\n3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD).\nExperience in proactively identifying processing efficiencies and supporting system enhancements.\nExperience in representing client system and operational requirements to internal organizations.\nExperience in updating and enhancing internal support documents.\nExperience in supporting business enhancements and mandates.\nVisa is an EEO Employer\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
