Progress starts with you.\nJob Description\nRole Summary:\nThe Analyst, Client Success is an individual contributor within the Client Success Shared Services team, responsible for managing operational relationships and providing support to a diverse portfolio of Visa clients. This role focuses on delivering effective and consultative operational assistance, helping clients resolve issues and drive improvement opportunities to completion. \nThe position offers the opportunity to influence how Visa manages its growth clients by supporting the development and deployment of automated tools, capabilities, and processes that enhance the Client Experience. The Analyst will define and implement client support strategies that drive value for clients and align with Visa’s business objectives.\nAll roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport client implementation of new Visa products by coordinating with client and Visa teams to expedite readiness activities and maximize product adoption.\nEnsure prompt and accurate resolution of client inquiries, acting as a client advocate and deploying proactive engagement when appropriate.\nDrive and deliver initiatives to improve client adoption of Visa’s self-service tools.\nEstablish working relationships with Client Services and cross-functional subject matter experts to resolve client issues and optimize performance.\nStay current with Visa solutions and technologies to provide an enhanced client experience.\nVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications:\n2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).\nExperience in a client support or client relationship management role that involved managing client expectations and in the financial services, payment, software, or information services industries.\nExperience in using data to develop business solutions and provide sound analysis.\nExperience in communicating technical terms and processes in business language tailored to clients.\nExperience in achieving results as part of an effective team across countries and time zones.\nExperience in prioritizing and multi-tasking under deadlines.\nExperience using standard Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).\nExperience in building client relationships and partnering with clients to build their business.\nExperience in listening to and prioritizing customer needs to drive value realization.\nExperience in building measurable action plans to help clients achieve business goals.\nExperience in communicating clearly and effectively with clients.\nExperience in taking ownership over problems and finding creative solutions to complex issues.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)\nExperience using data to develop business solutions and provide sound analysis\nExperience in supporting the design and delivery of initiatives to improve client adoption and use of Visa’s self-service tools.\nExperience in establishing working relationships with cross-functional subject matter experts.\nExperience in staying current with the latest Visa solutions and technologies.\nExperience in critical thinking and taking proactive action to resolve client issues.\nVisa is an EEO Employer\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
