Working closely with leaders and cross-functional global teams, you will help evolve the PMO, ensure successful project delivery, and contribute to high-visibility initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, innovative environment that values growth, recognizes achievements, and empowers professionals to make a meaningful impact.\nWhat You'll Do\nProject Management Expertise\nLead complex, cross-functional IT projects from kickoff through delivery.\nCoordinate multifunctional teams through influence, clear communication, and efficient collaboration.\nIdentify risks early and develop effective contingency plans.\nApply agile methodologies to keep projects adaptive, focused, and on track.\nImplement process improvements that drive quality, speed, and consistency.\nFacilitate strategic portfolio reviews to optimize priorities and resource allocation.\nPMO Governance and Impact\nDesign and evolve project management methodologies, processes, and procedures.\nEnsure project alignment with PMO governance, standards, and best practices.\nMonitor project and portfolio performance using KPIs and actionable metrics.\nPromote continuous learning and development within the PMO team.\nCommunicate with executives in a clear, compelling, and strategic way.\nAI and Data-Driven Excellence\nLeverage AI tools and techniques to enhance project forecasting, resource allocation, and risk analysis.\nIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive PMO tasks and improve operational efficiency.\nStay ahead of emerging AI trends that may impact project management and delivery.\nUse data analysis to strengthen project management practices and support the decision-making process.\nCombine AI and data/BI tools, such as Power BI, to generate meaningful and actionable insights.\nThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.\nVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in IT or related field.\n5+ years of experience managing software projects, preferably with multidisciplinary and global teams.\nProficiency with project management tools, such as Jira. \nExperience with, or interest in, applying AI to project management.\nStrong data analysis skills and a data-oriented mindset.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with documentation and governance frameworks, such as PDCA, RACI, and PMI.\nStrong knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies. \nA creative, proactive thinker who sees solutions where others see roadblocks.\nStrong problem-solving capabilities combined with a hands-on approach.\nVisa is an EEO Employer\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
