Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, Visa Consulting and Analytics solves the most strategic problems for our clients. \nTypical projects may include:\nHow does a financial institution increase market share in consumer credit cards? \nHow should a credit card issuer use emerging technology to acquire the best customers? \nHow does a financial institution grow their credit card portfolio while mitigating credit risk? \nHow does a financial institution optimize their product offering? \nHow does a merchant partner identify market expansion opportunities? \nHow does a merchant co-brand partner accelerate on-premise acquisitions? \nResponsibilities:\nPlay an integral role on a team of experienced professionals in delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients \nComplete consulting engagements with other team members, including participating in interviews, analyzing confidential client data, and summarizing key findings \nConduct industry research and identify internal and external data resources to create custom analytics \nComplete detailed analysis on client data and identify preliminary trends and themes in the data Develop client-specific presentations which address executive needs and deliver presentations to clients and internal Visa partners \nInterns who demonstrate strong performance and alignment with Visa’s values will be considered for full-time opportunities in the Atlanta office. \nAll Visa roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.\n\nVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.Qualifications\nBasic Qualifications\nStudents pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree with a graduation date in December 2027-August 2028\nPreferred Qualifications\nExcellent client-facing communication, story-telling and presentation skills with ability to articulate findings in action-driven recommendations \nExceptional analytical skills, with the ability to process and summarize large amounts of data into key strategic insights \nAbility to form hypotheses on client issue root causes and validate thinking quickly using data \nKnowledge of finance and accounting a plus \nStrong team player with a willingness to collaborate across levels and with functional experts \nStrong multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt \nStrong intellectual curiosity to understand the root cause of issues and how to drive value for clients \nProficient and ideally a power-user of spreadsheet and presentation tools \nAn interest in learning advanced analytics tools (SAS, R, Tableau, etc.) \nAn interest in payments, financial institutions or consumer lending a plus \nAn affinity for payments technology and its future \nU.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated hourly range for a new hire into this position is $29.00-$33.00/hr. which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).
