The investments that Visa has made over decades in C2B have provided Visa with the infrastructure technical capability brand expertise and relationships to tap into money movement between a much broader coupling of counterparties (B2B B2C P2P G2C G2B etc.).\nThe CMS Consulting Implementation Services Director will be part of the CEMEA Visa Consulting and Analytics team (VCA) which delivers high impact consulting analytics and data science projects to our clients. This role focuses on executing CMS strategies driving end-to-end product launches and managing technical integrations within banking environments to accelerate adoption and usage.\nResponsibilities include:\nLead VCAs CMS implementation work across CEMEA including platform development clients management business development and projects delivery.\n\nLead product launches from planning through execution ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives including manage programs overseeing technical integrations with banking systems including core banking platforms APIs and third-party services.\n\nDevelop clear platform KPIs and outcomes track implementation against these defined KPIs (with a focus on product launches product sales and acceleration of product usage).\n\nIn coordination with Country Managers and Account Executives develop plans for consulting activity and GTM plans in the sphere of CMS.\n\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans timelines and risk mitigation strategies for CEMEA-wide CMS product launch and sales acceleration programs.\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during implementation phases.\n\nMonitor post-launch performance and drive continuous improvements.\n\nLead client workshops and discussions focused on implementation readiness and technical feasibility.\n\nCollaborate with Visa Sales Product and Marketing teams to ensure successful delivery and measurable impact.\n\nDevelop project pitches/proposals and secure new consulting implementation assignments with clients as well as re-engagement opportunities via a consultative sales approach.\n\nContinue to evolve the offering based on the detailed understanding of the objectives challenges and support needs of CEMEA clients.\n\nIf required work on client site to design and project manage the implementation of consulting recommendations marketing campaigns product value propositions product migrations etc.\n\nResolve clients complex strategic problems synthesizing complex questions and ambiguous client situations as required.\n\nLead client discussions including introductory workshops on CMS topics support pitches projects scoping etc.\n\nLead knowledge sharing initiatives with consulting teams in other regions to incorporate best practice source analytical or other solutions to bring global perspective to local clients.\n\nThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.\n\nQualifications: \nBachelors degree or equivalent. Masters degree preferred.\nAt least 10 years of overall work experience including mandatory solid (at least 5 years) consulting experience in primary strategy or management consulting firm\nAdditional experience in Small Business or Corporate Banks Strategy or business Functions would be a plus as well as in primary players active in the B2B money movement space\nSolid consulting skills and client engagement capabilities including advanced client contact public speaking skills and advanced skills in using Excel and Power point.\nCombination of regional and global experience is also desired previous work experience across multiple key CISSEE countries (Ukraine Azerbaijan Kazakhstan Uzbekistan Serbia) would be a differentiating factor\nStrong track record of delivering complex strategy projects for large clients and leading strategy engagements end-to-end\nProficiency with Generative and Agentic AI in terms of trends use cases and personal use of the tools is required.\nDiplomatic skills to work in a multi functional environment and ability to extract desired outcomes.\nComfortable interacting with and presenting to senior management of clients and VISA.\nRelationship management skills should be able to manage internal and external stakeholders at senior levels\nResults driven flexible and both internally and externally customer focused.\nSelf-motivated and able to use own initiative with limited direction.\nStrong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with inter-disciplinary groups.\nAbility to work in a multi-cultural environment.\nFluency in English and Russian is mandatory Fluency in Ukrainian or Azerbaijani would be a plus\n\nAdditional Information: \nVisa is an EEO Employer.
