Progress starts with you.\nJob Description\nOverview:\nVisa's Regional Ecosystem & Product Risk team is seeking an Analyst to support Ecosystem Risk Management across Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (CEMEA).\nThis role will play a critical part in advancing Visa's ecosystem risk strategy by delivering actionable insights, driving automation initiatives, and enabling data-driven decision making. The successful candidate will collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to strengthen risk management capabilities, enhance operational effectiveness, and support strategic client engagement efforts across the region.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDrive GenAI and Automation Enablement:\nServe as the regional Ecosystem Risk champion for Generative AI and process automation initiatives.\nLead initiatives to increase adoption of GenAI solutions across Ecosystem Risk activities, improving efficiency, scalability, and turnaround times.\nIdentify opportunities to automate existing processes and develop innovative risk management capabilities.\nPartner with regional and global stakeholders to design, implement, and scale automation and AI-driven solutions.\nPromote best practices and knowledge sharing to accelerate digital transformation within the organization.\nManage Ecosystem Risk Outlier Remediation:\nLead the end-to-end coordination of corrective actions and monitoring activities for Ecosystem Risk Outliers.\nGenerate data-driven insights to support management decisions and stakeholder action plans.\nCoordinate the execution and follow-through of corrective actions across multiple stakeholders.\nMonitor remediation effectiveness and ongoing performance of identified outliers.\nProvide regular reporting and recommendations to drive sustainable risk reduction.\nLead Regional Reporting and Operational Governance:\nManage the operational rhythm supporting Ecosystem Risk Client Engagement activities across the region.\nOversee the generation and distribution of Ecosystem Risk Early Signals and coordinate timely stakeholder reviews.\nOwn and enhance management reporting, dashboards, and risk insights to support executive decision-making.\nEnsure consistent tracking, communication, and governance of key risk management activities.\nSupport Licensing related activities from Ecosystem Risk side.\nSupport Strategic Client Engagements:\nContribute to the delivery of high-impact client engagement initiatives designed to strengthen ecosystem risk management.\nCoordinate the development of thought leadership content, market insights, and risk intelligence for client engagements, industry events, and executive forums.\nSupport engagement strategies for high-priority and higher-risk clients to improve risk outcomes and promote adoption of Visa risk standards and best practices.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations and client-centric solutions.\nVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\nQualifications\nWe are seeking a highly motivated professional with a passion for payments and risk management, a strong analytical mindset, and a track record of delivering impactful business outcomes.\nExperience and Technical Expertise:\nMinimum 4 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Payments, Fintech, or Financial Services.\nPractical experience managing merchant acquiring risks and a strong understanding of payment ecosystem risk frameworks.\nKnowledge of Visa Ecosystem Risk programs, standards, and risk management methodologies is highly desirable.\nDemonstrated experience leveraging GenAI, automation, and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI).\nStrong analytical skills, including the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.\nExecution and Delivery:\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong ownership mindset with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to execution excellence.\nAbility to independently drive initiatives from concept through implementation.\nStakeholder Management and Strategic Thinking:\nStrong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across diverse audiences and seniority levels.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business narratives.\nStrategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities, sound judgment, and a continuous improvement mindset.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across regional and global teams to drive business outcomes.\nIdeal Candidate Profile:\nPassionate about payments, emerging technologies, and innovation.\nNaturally curious with a desire to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.\nComfortable working with ambiguity and leading change in a dynamic environment.\nMotivated by creating measurable impact through data, automation, and collaboration.\nVisa is an EEO Employer\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
