This dedicated team is helping drive global consistency and operate as one team to build a foundation that supports the growth and complexity of our business while improving the day-to-day interactions of Finance teams.\nThe Financial Analyst, Resource-Led Planning CoE, will support enterprise workforce planning capabilities through financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, governance, and planning transformation initiatives. This role will partner across Finance, Workforce Planning, People Team, Finance Systems, Analytics, and Technology teams to support integrated headcount planning, workforce planning analytics, reporting, and process improvements that enable more informed workforce and investment decisions.\nThis position combines traditional FP&A responsibilities with workforce planning and planning transformation activities. The successful candidate will support workforce forecasting, reporting and analytics, planning-cycle execution, data governance initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts that enhance planning accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency.\nThe role offers an opportunity to contribute to one of Finance's key transformation priorities while building expertise across workforce planning, analytics, reporting, governance, and enterprise planning processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport workforce planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics across enterprise planning cycles.\nDeliver reporting, dashboards, and insights to support workforce investment and planning decisions.\nAnalyze workforce trends, forecasts, variances, risks, and opportunities.\nSupport governance, data quality, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPartner cross-functionally to enhance planning processes, reporting capabilities, and decision support.\nContribute to planning transformation, automation, and planning system enhancement initiatives.\nThis role is a Hybrid position to be located in our Austin, TX office location. Expectations will be 3 days in office to be aligned with the candidate and hiring manager.\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications\n2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).\nExperience in financial planning, analysis, or control functions.\nExperience in conducting technical financial analysis.\nExperience in preparing and summarizing financial recommendations.\nExperience in economic research and studies.\nExperience in interpreting governmental requirements for financial operations.\nExperience in working with financial concepts and models.\n Preferred Qualifications\n3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD).\nExperience in acquisition activity analysis.\nExperience in investment performance evaluation.\nExperience in working with rates of return and depreciation models.\nExperience in preparing operating forecasts and trended future requirements.\n\nInformation for US Applicants\nFor roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $89,200.00 to $ 138,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
