Visa is an American payments technology company whose network traces back to the BankAmericard programme launched in 1958 and which became an independent public company in 2008. It does not issue cards or lend money; instead it operates VisaNet, the switching infrastructure that authorises, clears and settles hundreds of billions of transactions a year between issuing banks, acquirers and merchants in more than two hundred countries. Headquartered in San Francisco, the company earns fees on payment volume and processed transactions, and has expanded into account-to-account transfers, tokenisation, fraud scoring and open banking through Visa Direct and its value-added services division.

Job Description

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa’s network clients, including both financial services and merchants. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients.

VCA Implementation Services (VIS) extends Visa’s consulting capabilities by turning strategic recommendations into actionable solutions. We help clients implement these recommendations effectively, enabling them to scale their competitive advantage and thrive in the digital age.

The Go-To-Market Manager is a key member of the VIS team, supporting the Go-To-Market Lead in shaping and executing product and service strategies across VIS’s core service lines: Portfolio Optimisation, Digital Enablement, Risk Management, and Commercial Money Movement Solutions. This role is responsible for operationalising go-to-market plans, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring the effective delivery of VIS propositions to clients across Europe. The Manager will work closely with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Marketing teams to drive the commercial success of Visa’s value-added services, support expansion into new markets, and help maintain Visa’s position as a leader in digital payments.

What we expect of you, day to day:

  • Support the Go-To-Market Lead in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for VIS products and services.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment and readiness for product launches and market expansion.
  • Assist in the design and rollout of new value propositions, including the preparation of solution profiles, competitive analysis, and sales collateral.
  • Track and report on the performance of go-to-market initiatives, using data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, demos, and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge hubs and repositories, ensuring all product information is current and aligned with global standards.
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices and lessons learned across VIS projects, contributing to continuous improvement of go-to-market processes.
  • Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, training sessions, and sales enablement activities.
  • Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day operational queries related to go-to-market activities.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across VCA, Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive collaboration and successful outcomes.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
