About the team:
Regional Growth Marketing is Visa's in-market growth engine for Value-Added Services (VAS), the function that translates regional business priorities into marketing action. We partner directly with sales, GTM, and regional product teams to identify growth opportunities, remove adoption barriers, and orchestrate the right marketing channels at the right moments. We are a global team embedded across five regions.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated, articulate, and analytical Growth Marketing Analyst to join our B2B Growth Marketing team in Singapore. This role will support the execution and measurement of integrated growth marketing programs across Visa's Value-Added Services portfolio, helping accelerate customer acquisition, product adoption, and business growth.
Reporting to the Regional Growth Marketing Director, the successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with a passion for marketing and commercial strategy. Working across sales, GTM, product, and marketing teams, you will help uncover growth opportunities, evaluate marketing performance, and provide insights that influence regional investment and go-to-market decisions.
The role plays an important part in improving the effectiveness of Regional Growth Marketing through campaign performance analysis, pipeline visibility, installed base and whitespace insights, partner marketing coordination, budget management support, and executive reporting. You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions and markets to transform data into actionable recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Programme Support and Execution:
- Support the planning and execution of regional growth marketing programs, including executive engagement events, industry event activations, digital campaigns, account-based marketing initiatives, and partner programs.
- Manage pre-event and post-event processes: attendee communications, briefing materials, follow-up coordination, and CRM updates
- Coordinate and support joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners, acquirers, financial institutions, fintechs, and technology partners, including campaign planning, performance tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
- Analyze installed base performance, customer adoption trends, whitespace opportunities, and pipeline movement to support growth strategy development.
- Maintain and update priority account lists, engagement tracking, and marketing dashboards in collaboration with Demand Operations team.
Content and Campaign Localisation:
- Develop region-specific collateral including event materials, sales enablement assets, thought leadership content, and executive presentation materials.
- Support the adaptation of global campaigns, content, RFPs, and sales materials for regional and sub-regional market relevance.
- Ability to manage external agencies and collaborate with regional marketing teams to develop campaign and digital marketing assets.
- Ability to read Chinese or Japanese is a plus for review of translated content.
Data, Measurement and Reporting:
- Track and report on program performance against defined KPIs, such as leads generated, pipeline influenced, event ROI and campaign metrics.
- Support coordination of marketing budget tracking, forecasting and spend governance across growth marketing programs and events.
- Analyze marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline performance, conversion trends, and growth opportunities.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve marketing productivity, support research and enhance reporting and analytics workflows.
- Coordinate project milestones, stakeholder communications, approvals, and execution activities across internal and external teams.
- Support quarterly business reviews, leadership presentations, annual planning and strategic initiatives.
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Serve as the operational connective tissue between regional growth marketing and central teams from Campaigns, Demand Operations, and Product Marketing.
- Strong project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams across markets and stakeholders.
- Support preparation for business reviews, planning sessions, and stakeholder communications.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably within B2B technology, SaaS, fintech, payments, or financial services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing analytics, growth marketing, commercial planning, partner marketing, revenue operations, or business analysis for relevant industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations for executive-level reporting.
- Familiarity with AI tools used in marketing workflows is an advantage, including large language models for research and content drafting (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude), AI-assisted analytics and insight synthesis, AI-powered features within marketing platforms or generative tools for creative and localization work.
- Experience working with AI tools, CRM, marketing and reporting platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Swoogo, ON24, Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma is a plus, for the creation of demos.
Skills and Attributes:
- Knowledge of pipeline management, account-based marketing, revenue attribution, and funnel analytics. Analytically minded - you are comfortable with data and use it to make informed decisions, not just report outcomes.
- Commercially curious - demonstrates curiosity about business performance, customer needs, and market dynamics, using data to support marketing investment decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to produce clear briefs, summaries, and program materials and deliver professional presentations.
- Strong storytelling and content development skills, including the ability to turn complex capabilities into simple, client-facing narratives.
- Organized and dependable - you manage multiple workstreams independently, with strong attention to details.
- Proficiency in using AI tools in day-to-day marketing work, e.g. research synthesis, brief writing, content drafting, data summarization, and ideation.
- Hands-on - you are resourceful to find solutions to solve challenges and work effectively in ambiguous environments and deliver results within tight timelines.
- Culturally aware - you are comfortable with the demands of global and regional time zone differences.
- Ability to thrive in a multi-matrixed fast-paced environment, demonstrating ownership, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to travel up to 5-10% across Asia Pacific as business needs require.
