Progress starts with you.\nJob Description\nThe Implementation Consultant is responsible for leading the end-to-end documentation lifecycle for Managed Services content, collaborating with line of business leadership to identify and address gaps in current knowledge, and implementing long-term knowledge management strategies in partnership with the Director of Knowledge Management. The role ensures alignment with content standards for consistency and quality across knowledge, driving continuous improvement and innovation in Knowledge Management. By joining the team, the Implementation Consultant will work on impactful projects that contribute to the advancement of documentation and knowledge management practices.\nAll roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead the end-to-end documentation lifecycle for Managed Services content.\nCollaborate with line of business leadership to identify and address gaps in current knowledge.\nImplement long-term knowledge management strategies in partnership with the Director of Knowledge Management.\nEnsure alignment with content standards for consistency and quality across knowledge.\nDrive continuous improvement and innovation in Knowledge Management.\nThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.\nExperience in project and time management, introducing innovative ideas and processes.\nExperience in taking initiative and working independently, taking ownership of outcomes.\nPayments Industry Knowledge: Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of the payments ecosystem, including card issuing, transaction processing, authorizations, payment networks, APIs, and financial services technology. \n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience working with banks, fintechs, digital wallets, processors, or payment service providers is highly desirable.The ideal candidate understands how complex payment solutions are implemented and can effectively advise clients throughout onboarding, certification, testing, and go-live activities. \nKnowledge of both card payments and broader banking platforms is valued, while experience with payment integrations and client-facing delivery engagements is strongly preferred.\nExperience in delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members.\nExperience in using communication skills to inspire, influence, and motivate others.\nExperience in adapting to shifting priorities and challenges.\nExperience in relationship management with key stakeholders and peers.\nExperience in knowledge management and content development.\nAbility to analyze the impact of product changes and feature launches on business processes and related knowledge.\nExperience in team building, coaching, and performance management.\nVisa is an EEO Employer\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
