Our products support high-volume transaction processing and mission-critical capabilities used by financial institutions, merchants, fintechs, and payment ecosystem partners worldwide.\nWe are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Program Manager to drive execution of large-scale, cross-functional portfolios spanning Product, Engineering, Data Science, Security, Operations, and Business teams. This leader will own strategic programs from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment to business outcomes, product strategy, operational excellence, and organizational objectives.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong technical depth, program leadership, stakeholder management, and operational rigor with experience leveraging AI-powered delivery tools, Agentic AI workflows, and GenAI-enabled engineering practices to improve execution efficiency, quality, and business outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead complex, highly visible, multi-team programs with significant business, operational, and revenue impact.\nDrive program strategy, planning, execution, and delivery across globally distributed teams.\nEstablish and execute on program governance, operating cadence, reporting, and executive communications.\nPartner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Operations leaders to align roadmaps and delivery plans.\nDevelop long-range plans, milestones, funding requirements, resource strategies, and success metrics.\nLead large-scale software development programs following Agentic Squad Model, and modern SDLC practices from initiation to deployment.\nManage dependencies, risks, impediments, and critical-path activities across multiple teams and organizations.\nCollaborate with engineering leadership to improve delivery predictability, system reliability, security, compliance, availability, resiliency, and operational excellence.\nEnsure compliance with organizational governance, security, audit, and regulatory requirements.\nDrive adoption of AI-enabled software delivery practices across engineering and product teams.\nLeverage GenAI and Agentic AI tools to improve program planning, requirements management, execution tracking, reporting, documentation, and knowledge management.\nUse AI-powered portfolio, project management, and engineering intelligence platforms to improve delivery predictability and resource optimization.\nIdentify opportunities to automate program processes, reporting, governance workflows, backlog management, and operational tasks using AI solutions.\nManage portfolio budgets, forecasts, and investment tracking.\nProvide executive visibility into portfolio health, resource utilization, risks, and business outcomes.\nDrive data-informed decision-making using reporting, DORA and Flow metrics, dashboards, and predictive insights.\nCoach program managers, product, and delivery teams and promote a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and execution excellence.\nInfluence without authority across multiple organizations and executive stakeholders.\nLead organizational change management initiatives and adoption of improved delivery practices.\nVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications:\n10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 7 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 4 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 13+ years of relevant work experience.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSpecialist: 4 or more years of relevant work experience.\nProven success delivering large, complex cross-functional programs across global organizations.\nDeep expertise in leading Agentic Squads, Agile, SAFe, Lean, DevOps, and modern software engineering practices.\nStrong understanding of architecture patterns, APIs, cloud technologies, security, reliability, and operational excellence.\nHands-on experience using AI-powered productivity and delivery platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini, Agentic AI platforms, or similar enterprise AI tools.\nExperience incorporating AI-assisted workflows into product development, engineering, testing, planning, documentation, reporting, or operational processes.\nExperience leading AI transformation or adoption initiatives across engineering and product organizations.\nExceptional communication and executive presentation skills.\nStrong stakeholder management and influence skills.\nAbility to operate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\nProject Management Professional (PMP®), PMI-ACP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), Lean Six Sigma\nMicrosoft AI, Azure AI, or Data & AI certifications.\nGenerative AI or Prompt Engineering certifications.\nFinancial services and payments network experience is a plus.\n\nInformation for US Applicants\nFor roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $164,700.00 to $ 263,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
