Progress starts with you.\nJob Description\nTeam Summary:\nThe Global Consumer Card Products group manages the deployment and optimization of Visa’s core products base consisting of Credit, Debit and Prepaid payments solutions globally. The team is also responsible for the development and deployment of innovation across this product suite such as stablecoin and cross-border issuance programs. To do this, we work in partnership with Visa clients and key internal and external stakeholders across the globe. We are also the team responsible for leading the transition of conventional card-based solutions onto digital form factors, ensuring Visa payments solutions remain the market-leading way for consumers to spend their money and manage their payments across Visa’s global regions.\nWhat the Manager, Product Management does at Visa:\nVisa is seeking a Manager, Product Management to support the evolution and operational excellence of Visa's Program Enrollment ecosystem supporting Stablecoin, Crypto, and Cross-Border Issuance programs. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, risk management, operations, compliance, and client enablement. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end product experience for program assessment & onboarding processes, ensuring that innovative payment solutions can scale globally while maintaining alignment with Visa rules, AML requirements, regulatory expectations, and operational standards. The role will focus on evaluating complex program structures, driving program modernization initiatives, identifying process improvement opportunities, and partnering across Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Regional teams, and external clients to accelerate program approvals and launches.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProgram Review & Governance:\nLead reviews of Program Enrollments for Stablecoin, Crypto, and Cross-Border Issuance programs.\nAssess program structures, funding models, operating models, customer journeys, and partner ecosystems.\nEvaluate program documentation including program descriptions and value propositions; transaction flows and flow-of-funds diagrams; AML, sanctions, KYC, and transaction monitoring frameworks; third-party agent and partner relationships; and cross-border issuance structures and country expansion plans\nProduct & Process Innovation:\nHelp define and execute the product roadmap for program modernization and operational transformation initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify client onboarding, leveraging AI to improve submission quality, and reduce review cycle times.\nDevelop scalable review frameworks, approval workflows, and automation opportunities.\nDrive improvements to submission tools, operational processes, client guidance, and review methodologies.\nAnalyze review data and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve overall program throughput.\nStakeholder Management:\nServe as a key point of coordination between Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Regional Product, Account Executives, and Operations teams.\nDevelop executive-level communications, reporting, and recommendations.\nCreate client-facing guidance, best practices, and educational materials to improve submission quality and client experience.\nInfluence cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment on strategic priorities and operational improvements.\nWhy this is important to Visa:\nThis role is critical to Visa's ability to scale next-generation payment solutions globally.\nAs Stablecoin, Crypto, and Cross-Border Issuance programs continue to grow, Visa must balance innovation with strong governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Experience with Stablecoin products preferred.\nTechnical fluency and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product features.\nDemonstrated ability to work in a matrixed, global organization with cross-functional teams.\nStrong analytical skills and business acumen, with experience in performance tracking and reporting.\nExcellent communication skills, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.\nProficiency in using AI tools and AI-enabled workflows to analyze information, improve productivity, and support product and process decision-making.\nProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.\nStrong multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt.\nExperience in P&L management or financial performance measurement is a plus.\n\nInformation for US Applicants\nFor roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $156,800.00 to $ 251,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
