Progress starts with you.\nJob Description\nOverview:\nMarketing Manager, reporting to Marketing Director, will be responsible for driving Visa Taiwan's client marketing, merchant partnership, sponsorship, and strategic marketing initiatives. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities to collaborate with issuers, merchants, agencies, strategic partners, and internal cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business and brand outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nClient Marketing, Partnerships & Campaign Execution:\nLead the planning and execution of client marketing initiatives in collaboration with issuer partners and internal stakeholders.\nDevelop and execute co-marketing programs with merchant partners across travel, eCommerce, entertainment, retail, and other strategic sectors.\nSupport Visa's strategic partnership and sponsorship initiatives, including partner activations, hospitality programs, events, and integrated marketing campaigns.\nIdentify and drive partnership opportunities that support business objectives and enhance Visa's value proposition for clients and cardholders.\nManage end-to-end campaign execution from planning, agency briefing, production, implementation, stakeholder alignment, to post-campaign evaluation.\nCollaborate closely with issuer partners, merchants, agencies, tourism organizations, sponsors, and strategic partners to ensure successful program delivery.\nWork closely with regional teams on partnership opportunities, sponsorship activations, campaign measurement, and best-practice sharing.\nEnsure all marketing materials comply with Visa brand guidelines and approval requirements.\nServe as a key point of contact for client marketing and partnership-related inquiries and project coordination.\nCross-Functional Collaboration:\nPartner closely with Sales, Product, VCA, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications teams to deliver marketing programs.\nCoordinate with Asia Pacific teams on regional campaigns, best practice sharing, sponsorship activations, and strategic initiatives.\nBuild strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, merchants, and partner organizations to ensure seamless execution.\nBudget & Marketing Operations:\nManage campaign budgets, forecasts, accruals, invoice processing, and spend tracking.\nSupport contract management, procurement processes, and vendor negotiations.\nEnsure compliance with Visa marketing guidelines, legal requirements, and internal approval processes.\nMaintain complete and accurate project documentation, file management, and audit readiness.\nMonitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure initiatives are completed on time and within budget.\nVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\nQualifications\nMinimum 8 year marketing experience , preferably from FMCG, technology, retail or banking sectors.\nBachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.\nA team player , always with can-do attitude, collaborative and flexible.\nProven track record and competence on marketing campaign planning and execution, covering ATL and BTL scope.\nAbundant experience of digital and social media campaign planning, operation/maintaining and monitoring.\nDetailed oriented in terms of time management, budgeting and data analysis.\nGreat coordination skills with external, internal stakeholders including agencies, merchants in both country and regional levels.\nSense of ownership and being proactive.\nStrong business sense and understanding of marketing process.\nVisa is an EEO Employer\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
