You will join our Copenhagen-based team and report to the Senior Manager, Payments Consulting & Implementation, Denmark.\nPrimarily focused on delivering VIS engagements in Denmark, the role will also support broader VCA consulting and commercial activities and may contribute to projects across the Nordics and other markets. You will lead complex card and payment implementation, development, and migration projects from current state to target solution, applying industry best practices and experience from major transformation programmes.\nWhat you’ll do:\nPlan and execute high-quality change initiatives from current state to target solution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.\nLead cross-functional teams comprising Visa, client, and third-party resources, providing clear visibility into progress, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.\nActively engage and manage key stakeholders.\nEnsure collaboration and integration within change initiatives.\nUnderstand and support the realisation of clients' business objectives, needs, and plans.\nSupport commercial efforts by identifying opportunities, positioning Visa solutions, creating client value, and supporting sales efforts.\nIdentify opportunities for improvements in ways of working.\nProvide thought leadership and contribute to projects shaping the future of payments and retail banking.\nCoordinate with Visa Hub teams to provide support, additional information, and best practices.\n\nVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.Qualifications\nWhat we’re after…\nUnderstanding of card and payment products and the wider payments ecosystem.\nStrong interest in digital payment innovation and emerging technologies, and their potential applications across the payments ecosystem.\nA proactive, hands-on doer with a solution-oriented and results-driven mindset, focused on turning ideas into action and delivering measurable outcomes.\nA management consulting background, with a strong ability to position services effectively, build client trust, and support commercial development.\nRelevant management consulting experience within payments or financial services, with a proven ability to lead complex business and technology projects end to end.\nPrevious experience liaising between the business and the technical teams\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders including at senior executive levels\nAbility to manage project dependencies and project associated risks\nExperience in transformation and business readiness\nAbility to manage and support project team members (Visa and client).\nProven experience of delivery techniques, methodologies, and best practices (Waterfall and Agile)\nFluent in English and Danish, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in another Nordic language is an advantage.\nAdditional Information\nThis is a hybrid role, with an expectation of working from the Copenhagen office three days per week (approximately 60%), subject to business needs.
