Progress starts with you.\nJob Description\nOverview:\nThe Application and Platform Services team in CEMEA is responsible for bringing the most cutting-edge digital products and solutions such as Click to Pay, Network Tokenization, payments digitization solution, Payment Passkeys, Data Tokens, and more. These innovative solutions will shape the future of digital payments over the next 5-10 years globally, including in the CEMEA region.\nThe ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of ecommerce, banking apps, and digital banking solutions and be able to quickly comprehend clients' current digital capabilities and priorities.\nWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Commercialization Manager to join our team and lead the commercialization of our new Digital payments SDK solution in CEMEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving go-to-market roadmap, leading client discussions and overseeing the implementation of the product for clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, BD, and Product to deliver innovative and secure solutions that meet our customers' needs.\nThe role will be responsible for identifying the collaborating with clients to integrate our products into the clients' existing applications, workflows, and processes. Additionally, they will lead and manage the entire solution process for the implementation of these products.\nKey Responsibilities:\nGTM execution and product scaling:\n Define and drive CEMEA GTM strategy for the solution\nBuild and manage the client pipeline, identify and prioritize opportunities\nLead client discussions, work with clients on prioritization of the solution, lead commercial discussions and close product deals\nOversee contract signing.\nImplementation and pos-implementation:\n Plan product implementation with internal engineering teams and client stakeholders\nCoordinate the implementation process from planning to completion\nReport on the progress of implementation, roadblocks and risks\nMonitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and key metrics to drive continuous improvement.\nOverall regional product leadership:\nManage tracking of progress and reporting to regional stakeholders.\nServe as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and communication in NALP region\nPrepare forecasts and market analysis to help set targets for the region.\nAdjust slides and collaterals to the regional context, maintain and keep up to date all sales collaterals.\nVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\nQualifications\n6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD.\nProduct management experience in Digital, Payments, and Financial Services.\nProven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products for issuers.\nDeep background in issuing institutions and needs when growing/managing large card portfolios. Strong expertise in defining and executing product strategy, product roadmaps, and go-to-market plans leveraging data to inform decision making and secure influence.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nAbility to integrate business and commercialization aspects with technical skills.\nExperience with APIs, SDK integration, mobile/web application development, ecommerce platforms is a big plus.\nMS PowerPoint and presentation skills a big plus.\nVisa is an EEO Employer\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
