Progress starts with you.\nJob Description\nOverview:\nAs Product Manager for the Client Experience team within Visa Direct’s Money Movement Solutions, you will be responsible for executing the vision and strategic roadmap for Visa Direct Portal. Reporting to the Director, who is accountable for defining overall vision and strategy, you will be the primary driver for execution and delivery of key initiatives of Visa Direct Portal. You will work closely with Technical Product Managers, Architects, Engineers, Delivery Managers, and cross-functional Stakeholders to deliver solutions that set the industry standard for exception handling in transaction processing.\nKey Responsiblities:\nStrategy and Vision:\nPartner with the various Product Managers to refine and drive the execution of key initiatives.\nTranslate the high-level strategy and vision into actionable product backlogs and milestones, focusing on automation, operational excellence, and phasing out legacy systems.\nConduct thorough market, customer, competitor, and technology research to inform product decisions and execution priorities.\nSecure buy-in from stakeholders across compliance, engineering, and business teams.\nDrive an AI-first approach for Visa Direct Portal platform to enhance product discovery, delivery, and client experience.\nCollaboration and Solution Delivery:\nLead requirements workshops and discovery sessions with clients, regional teams, and internal users to uncover pain points and identify opportunities to improve the Visa Direct Portal platform.\nPartner closely with the Technical Product Manager to ensure business requirements are translated into robust solutions and technical architectures, ready for engineering development.\nOversee the transition from solution design to engineering, ensuring requirements are clearly documented and prioritized for sprints (including both functional and non-functional needs).\nActively participate in agile ceremonies, providing business context and clarifying priorities as features move through development.\nProduct Development and Launch:\nManage end-to-end product development from planning through execution and launch, with a focus on delivering on the phased roadmap.\nPrioritize the product backlog based on customer impact, commercial value, and strategic alignment, working across multiple scrum teams as needed.\nCollaborate with delivery managers and engineering leads to ensure high-velocity delivery and continuous process improvement.\nAdoption and Performance:\nWork closely with Product Marketing and Go-To-Market teams to define launch strategies, product positioning, and user enablement plans.\nDrive adoption among clients, downstream partners, and internal teams, ensuring successful migration from legacy systems.\nMeasure, monitor, and communicate product KPIs and business impact, including case handling rate improvements, integration success rates, cost savings, and client satisfaction.\nSo, what do we expect of you, day to day?\nLead and participate in requirements workshops, gathering and refining input from regional stakeholders, clients, and internal users to define actionable product features.\nCollaborate closely with the Technical Product Manager to align solution design and architecture, ensuring clear and complete handoff to engineering for delivery.\nContinuously prioritize and manage the product backlog, updating it based on feedback, the phased roadmap, and evolving business priorities.\nCommunicate regularly with cross-functional teams - to clarify priorities, resolve blockers, and drive alignment.\nActively participate in agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint demos, and retrospectives, providing business context and making timely decisions for the team.\nTrack and report on key product metrics using insights to drive continuous improvement.\nSupport product launches and adoption by collaborating on go-to-market activities, preparing user documentation, and assisting with internal and external user enablement.\nParticipate in client demo call for the Portal, enable client onboarding on the Portal and work with stakeholders to resolve any client issues with respect to onboarding or usage of Portal.\nWhat success looks like:\nConsistent delivery of roadmap milestones with a focus on automation, operational efficiency, and secure integrations.\nHigh-velocity shipping of new features that reduce manual work, improve case resolution times, and enhance security and client satisfaction.\nAchieving measurable business outcomes and client satisfaction\nDeep engagement and strong partnerships with both technical and business stakeholders.\nVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\nQualifications\nPoven experience in a Product Owner/Product Manager role within Fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software, ideally with exposure to payments, transaction banking.\nExperience working in a web portal, ability to liaison with UX design team to enable best user experience.\nStrong experience working with agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban), managing backlogs, writing epics/user stories, and leading prioritization\nDemonstrated ability to execute on a product vision using market research, customer discovery, and data-driven decision making\nProven track record collaborating with Technical Product Managers or solution architects to translate business needs into technical solutions\nExperience with API/integration projects and security-first features is highly desirable\nVisa is an EEO Employer\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
