Progress starts with you.\nJob Description\nRole overview: The Product Manager, Embedded Digital Experiences & Content Platform will support the development of scalable digital capabilities that enable premium benefit experiences across embedded partner environments and other digital channels. This role will help define platform capabilities for content organization, benefit discovery, eligibility, personalization, publishing workflows, localization, reporting, implementation support, and operational readiness. The role will partner across product, technology, design, regional, marketing, operations, compliance, and client-facing teams to deliver consistent, reusable, accessible, and scalable experiences for clients, partners, and consumers.\nKey responsibilities:\nDefine product requirements for embedded digital experiences, including partner integration patterns, benefit discovery, eligibility capabilities, content delivery, implementation documentation, reporting needs, and operational readiness. \nSupport development of scalable content capabilities that enable content to be organized, managed, reviewed, localized, personalized, published, governed, and measured across multiple digital channels. \nTranslate business and client needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, release priorities, and success metrics. \nPartner with engineering and architecture teams to define reusable platform capabilities, API requirements, onboarding flows, service expectations, compliance considerations, operational support needs, and release plans. \nDevelop content platform requirements such as content taxonomy, metadata, publishing workflows, localization, accessibility, lifecycle management, governance processes, compliance review support, and performance measurement. \nPrioritize platform capabilities across client demand, regional needs, user experience, scalability, operational complexity, governance, risk considerations, and engineering capacity. \nWork with cross-functional teams to ensure embedded experiences and content capabilities are designed for consistency, flexibility, accessibility, reliability, compliance readiness, and ease of implementation. \nHelp define product documentation and enablement materials, including integration guides, capability overviews, implementation checklists, pilot readiness materials, and stakeholder updates. \nUse data and feedback to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform future roadmap priorities. \nVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications\n8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\n5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience. (\n6+ years of product management experience in one or more of the following areas: platform products, digital experiences, developer products, APIs, content platforms, loyalty, benefits, payments, or enterprise integrations.\nExperience working on public-facing digital products, embedded experiences, or content capabilities where consistency, accessibility, localization, governance, compliance review, and operational quality are important.\nFamiliarity with content lifecycle management, including taxonomy, metadata, publishing workflows, localization, personalization, compliance coordination, measurement, and continuous optimization.\nStrong technical fluency with APIs, platform services, data exchange, implementation documentation, and enterprise-grade product operations.\nExperience defining MVP scope, release sequencing, acceptance criteria, onboarding requirements, success metrics, and measurable product outcomes.\nStrong judgment on tradeoffs between scalability, customization, governance, accessibility, operational efficiency, commercial value, and user experience.\nAbility to work closely with engineering, design, operations, compliance, regional, and business stakeholders while translating complex requirements into clear product choices.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to produce clear, structured, executive-ready documentation.\n\nInformation for US Applicants\nFor roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $133,300.00 to $ 213,400.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
