Progress starts with you.\nJob Description\nJob Summary\nThe overall objective of the Product Manager Treasury within the treasury team is to build towards a real time unified treasury for all Visa Direct products i.e. Collection, Hold, Payouts and Conversions.\nAll roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.\nKey Responsibilities\nDirect product strategy from conception and definition through implementation.\n\nIdentify new business and market opportunities and create appropriate business plans.\n\nDetermine market requirements and ensure product alignment with organizational image and objectives.\n\nServe as a central resource interacting with systems, marketing, and sales during product development.\n\nFormulate and execute long-term plans for cost and profit control.\n\nPromote adoption of new technologies and industry-leading trends.\n\nThe overall objective of the Product Manager Treasury within the treasury team is to build towards a real time unified treasury for all Visa Direct products i.e. Collection, Hold, Payouts and Conversions. The focus of the role in the short term is as a follow, this might change to other areas as the platform matures.\n\nDevelop real-time financial systems at global scale\n\nYou will be a key point of contact from product team working with different stakeholders from compliance, technology and others with the objective of building a new liquidity and cash management solutions\n\nTreasury team is instrumental in managing liquidity to enable Visa Direct to meet speed promises and minimising costs. You will be responsible developing the infrastructure that will enable us to optimise our liquidity management.\n\nVisa Direct is rapidly expanding globally, creating new products to consumers and businesses, entering new jurisdictions and offering new products. This is a unique opportunity to lead complex projects integrating new Visa products and markets into our Treasury systems.\n\nYou will ensure that we implement and update the systems to enable the treasury team to fulfil its obligations as Visa Direct continues to scale into new markets and products.\n\nThis is a hybrid position. Expectationofdays in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications\nRelevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or a PhD.\n\nExperience in creating vision statements and setting product goals.\n\nExperience in defining product strategy.\n\nExperience in product design.\n\nExperience in customer discovery and designing new products based on that discovery.\n\nExperience in product execution.\n\nExperience in defining and leading plans to achieve product goals.\n\nExperience working within matrixed, ambiguous environments and understanding the issuing dynamic within the broader payments ecosystem.\n\nExperience working in Agile frameworks and comfortable working in matrixed organizations.\n\nExperience in process or core banking best practices and passion to implement these across teams.\n\nDemonstrated ability to recruit, grow, retain, and lead high-caliber technical talent.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nTreasury or finance, preferably within a regulated EMI, fintech, bank, or payments company\n\nExperienced working in regulated areas, comfortable working with compliance officers, auditors and equally discussing technical problems with engineer\n\nProficiency with Excel and financial modelling tools; experience with Treasury systems a plus.\n\nSuccessful track record of working with cross-functional teams\n\nPractical knowledge of Agile methodology and proven implementation\n\nExcellent communication skills and stakeholder management with an ability to translate business needs to a technical team\n\nResults orientated, continues to work toward achievement of goals in the face of obstacles readily integrating changes into work processes and outputs\n\nHistory of working closely and effectively with analyst and technology teams to elicit requirements from stakeholders, challenging them to hone their thinking with the ability to\n\nSenior product management experience in Digital, Payments, and Financial Services.\n\nProven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products for issuers.\n\nDeep background in issuing institutions and needs when growing/managing large card portfolios.\n\nStrong expertise in defining and executing product strategy, product roadmaps, and go-to-market plans leveraging data to inform decision making and secure influence.\n\nSolid understanding of software development processes and technologies to collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams.\n\nVisa is an EEO Employer\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
