Progress starts with you.\nJob Description\nThe Sr. Data Scientist is responsible for designing and deploying AI-powered tools and agent systems that combine LLMs and custom ML models into end-to-end solutions that support business decision-making. Beyond model development, the role involves managing recurring data processes, building predictive and forecasting models, and contributing to data infrastructure modernization.\nThe position requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating model outputs into actionable recommendations, and communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAgentic Development: Design AI agent systems that automate analytical workflows, including data retrieval, impact analysis, and proactive recommendation generation.\nMulti-Model Architecture: Decide how to combine LLMs, traditional ML models, and rule-based logic into reliable, end-to-end agent workflows, and build the orchestration layer that ties them together.\nPrototyping to Production: Take agent prototypes from proof-of-concept through iteration to production-grade systems with proper documentation, testing, CI/CD, and deployment ownership.\nPredictive Modeling & Forecasting: Build and maintain forecasting models and other predictive tools that feed into agent systems or support business decisions directly.\nData ETL: Monitor and maintain recurring data processes, ensuring pipelines run on time and data quality stays high.\nData Infrastructure: Contribute to modernizing the data stack by migrating pipelines, expanding data coverage, and supporting cloud migration efforts.\nCollaboration & Communication: Work with teammates across regions, product, and engineering, translating model and agent outputs into clear recommendations for senior business stakeholders.\nVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications:\n5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.\nExperience building and deploying machine learning models to production, focusing on modular, scalable, and maintainable models.\nHands-on experience with LLMs or generative AI, with demonstrated interest or experience in building agentic or multi-model systems.\nComfortable building data pipelines and working with large-scale data using tools like Spark, Airflow, SQL, or Python.\nExperience managing data science or ML projects from scoping through delivery.\nAble to communicate technical work clearly to non-technical audiences.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD.\nExperience building AI agents or multi-model orchestration systems using SDKs/frameworks such as LangChain, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar.\nExperience with predictive modeling and time-series forecasting.\nExperience with productionalizing agentic applications.\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).\nExposure to financial services or the payments industry is a plus.\nExperience working across geographies and time zones in a global organization.\nVisa is an EEO Employer\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
