Progress starts with you.\nJob Description\nWe are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Client Incentive Operations (CIO) team in Bangalore, India. The CIO team manages client incentive agreements and ensures accurate accounting in accordance with US GAAP, company policies, and contractual terms. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and collaboration across Finance, Sales, Legal, and regional teams.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nReview client incentive agreements, ensure accurate contract interpretation and determine the appropriate accounting treatment in accordance with US GAAP and company policies.\n Set up, maintain and review incentive contracts in Visa systems, ensuring all contractual obligations are accurately captured.\nManage, track, review, and process contractual payments accurately and on time.\nMonitor contract performance and maintain forecasts, amortization schedules, and supporting documentation.\nPrepare and review reconciliations, reports, and supporting schedules for financial reporting requirements.\nPartner with Finance, Sales, Legal, regional hub and IT teams to resolve issues and support business objectives.\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, SOX, audit, and regulatory requirements.\nDrive process improvements, standardization, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.\nSupport ad-hoc financial analysis, projects, and business initiatives.\nProvide guidance, training, and knowledge-sharing support to junior team members.\nMeet established operational and reporting service level commitments.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting.\n5-7 years of relevant accounting, audit, finance, or operations experience.\n CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nDemonstrated focus on continuous improvement and process efficiency.\nAdvanced Excel skills; experience with Oracle-based applications is a plus.\nFamiliarity with AI and automation tools, including the ability to develop and apply analytical models, prompts, and workflow solutions to improve productivity, reporting quality, and business processes.\nVisa is an EEO Employer\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
