Progress starts with you.\nJob Description\nLead client relationships and business development initiatives across strategic accounts, identifying growth opportunities, developing consulting proposals, influencing senior stakeholders, and expanding Visa Consulting & Analytics' revenue and impact with clients\nBuild strong relationships with client stakeholders.\nFacilitate workshops and working sessions.\nUnderstand client priorities and business challenges.\nPresent recommendations to senior management.\nSupport realization of client outcomes and business impact\nSupport proposal development and opportunity identification.\nContribute to scope definition and project planning.\nDevelop commercial hypotheses and business cases.\nPartner with Account Executives and Client Services teams to originate new engagements\nLead end-to-end project delivery, working cross-functionally with other Visa teams to bring a holistic solution to our clients leveraging Visa’s rich value-added services (VAS) from functions such as Marketing, Products, Risk, and Merchant Solutions.\nLead project workstreams and day-to-day engagement activities.\nStructure client problems and develop hypotheses.\nConduct quantitative and qualitative analysis.\nDevelop recommendations and business cases.\nCreate executive-ready presentations and deliverables.\nSupport implementation planning and execution\nDevelop propositions by closely working with Account Executives in managing the scope of work and project timelines\nWork across advisory practices (Risk, Digital, Portfolio Optimization, Merchants) to execute engagements across the VCA verticals.\nVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\nQualifications\n10+ years of experience in consulting, financial services, payments, banking, fintech, analytics, strategy, or digital transformation.\nExperience leading project workstreams and managing stakeholders.\nStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and presentation capabilities.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nExperience working with senior client stakeholders\nExperience in business management\nStrong internal team and external client stakeholder management with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization\nStrong people management skills and leadership qualities\nStrong presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities\nSelf-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to progress multiple priorities concurrently\nExperience in and passion for the power of analytics and a tenacity to implement\nExperience in working on business value cases that prove ROI\nSolutions-focused mindset and resourceful\nVisa is an EEO Employer\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
