As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in developing cutting-edge AI-driven solutions, leveraging innovative technologies, and enhancing the capabilities of the tools and platforms that power our Value-Added Services (VAS) sales and client service functions.\nYou will be tasked to quickly grasp and evaluate new ideas and technologies from both internal and external sources and match them appropriately with emerging technology and business opportunities that improve seller productivity and client service outcomes, building a culture of innovation and a drive for excellence.\nKey Responsibilities:\nInnovative Development: Engage in the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions, including generative AI and modern integration patterns, applied to sales enablement, account management, and client service workflows. Contribute to a culture of innovation by actively exploring and applying new ideas and technologies.\nCollaborative Engineering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver complex projects that integrate emerging technologies with our existing sales and client service platforms. Participate in root-cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve issues effectively.\nVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications:\n3-6 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or with an advanced degree.\nSelf-driven and willing to work across technologies/languages.\nExpert-level skills in Python or Java.\nExperience in building Generative AI applications, conversational AI, RAG architectures, techniques and libraries.\nProven track record of leading AI projects from conception to deployment.\nAbility to design and implement full-stack AI systems that integrate with existing business processes, including sales and client service workflows.\nExperience in designing robust AI systems that can handle distribution shifts and adversarial attacks.\nDeep understanding of the latest AI research and industry trends.\nFamiliarity with common robustness issues in AI systems.\nAbility to work with large datasets and perform exploratory data analysis.\nExperience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.\nExperience in configuring build and deployment systems Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.\nExpertise in handling multi-threading, concurrency, and error-handling.\nDemonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, application design, and implementing large components for enterprise projects.\nKnowledge of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and best practices for ML model deployment.\nAbility to design and implement AI components and integrate them into larger systems.\nAbility to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nWorking knowledge using distributed in-memory computing technologies like Redis.\nHands-on experience with Jenkins and container deployment architecture.\nExperience using OAuth2.0, SSO, and authentication methods/protocols.\nExpertise in application security, SSDLC, and knowledge of cryptography fundamentals.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSaaS product development experience, including Dynamics 365 CRM.\nExperience integrating AI/ML capabilities into CRM or sales enablement platforms.\nFamiliarity with multi-tenant SaaS architecture, subscription/licensing models, and SaaS scalability patterns.\nVisa is an EEO Employer\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
