The B2B IAM team has a global focus and is responsive to an evolving threat landscape, regulatory compliance, IT security requirements, and technology architecture. The B2B IAM team is responsible for secure access to business portals and associated services.\nEssential Functions\nResponsible for application development deliverables, including design, coding, unit testing, and functional testing.\nWork with the technical lead and project manager to define and clarify requirements, create solution approaches based on business requirements, and provide recommendations on scope and scale of effort required.\nPerform Agile application development using open-source tools for continuous integration and delivery.\nInterface closely with project/product team members such as analysts, developers, technical product managers, QA engineers, product owners, network and security engineers, operations personnel, and system engineers.\nAssist in development activities including system design, development, integration testing, database modeling, software configuration, source code control, defect resolution, implementation planning, and deployment change management support.\nEnsure development work adheres to Visa Development Management Methodology (DMM), Visa Technical Security Requirements (TSR), and Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).\nCreate software and procedure documentation required as part of software development artifacts.\nBuild and maintain working relationships with global development teams and engineers.\nThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree OR 3+ years of relevant work experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\n2 or more years of work experience.\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.\nExperience in software design and application development.\nExperience with Java, J2EE, Spring, data modeling, and SQL programming.\nWorking knowledge of JBoss Web Server, Apache Tomcat, Red Hat Linux, MS SQL Server, LDAP, and Microsoft Windows.\nFamiliarity with open-source development tools such as Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, or Bitbucket.\nStrong programming skills with web technologies such as JavaScript, ECMAScript 6+, HTML5, and CSS3.\nKnowledge of modern web frameworks, libraries, and tools such as React, Angular, Bootstrap, and Webpack.\nExperience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as Node.js and jQuery.\nProficiency in working with RESTful APIs.\nSkills in creating testable components, writing unit tests, and working with front-end testing frameworks.\nExperience designing and engineering rich user interfaces is a plus.\nFull-stack development experience is a plus.\nFamiliarity with Generative AI and prompt engineering is a plus.\nVisa is an EEO Employer\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
