Progress starts with you.\nJob Description\nSoftware Development Engineers are expert problem-solvers and builders who design, implement, and improve software applications and systems.\nIn this role, engineers spend approximately 60-75% of their time coding, working hands-on with code, data, and modern tools including AI-assisted development, cloud services, and automation frameworks to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality technology solutions.\nThis position focuses on developing mobile applications and SDKs for Android and iOS platforms that support authentication, digital identity, payment security, and customer-facing experiences. Engineers collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, QA engineers, and operations teams to build reliable, secure, and scalable mobile solutions.\nAll roles require digital fluency, including the ability to use emerging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and other AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications and software components.\nParticipate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting.\nCreate and execute test plans and address defects to improve product quality.\nDebug and resolve software issues across development, test, and production environments.\nContribute to CI/CD, automation, and engineering productivity initiatives.\nMonitor applications, analyze system behavior, and help improve reliability and performance.\nParticipate in on-call support and incident resolution activities as needed.\nContinuously learn new technologies and contribute to engineering best practices.\nMobile Engineering Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test, and support native Android and/or iOS applications.\nBuild secure, scalable, and high-performing mobile experiences.\nCollaborate with backend, platform, product, and security teams.\nIntegrate mobile applications with APIs and backend services.\nContribute to SDK development, application releases, and deployment activities.\nSupport performance optimization, monitoring, and production troubleshooting\nVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience\nPreferred Qualifications:\n2+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or an Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.\n3+ years of software engineering or mobile application development experience.\nExperience creating and executing test plans and validation activities.\nExperience debugging and troubleshooting software issues.\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.\nExperience participating in code reviews and applying coding standards.\nExperience working with source control systems and Agile development methodologies.\nExperience developing Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java.\nExperience developing iOS applications using Swift.\nExperience integrating REST APIs and backend services.\nExperience developing reusable mobile libraries or SDKs.\nExperience with mobile CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release processes.\nFamiliarity with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Fastlane, Bitrise, CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager, Google Play Console, and App Store Connect.\nExperience building customer-facing mobile applications.\nExposure to Payments, FinTech, Authentication, Digital Identity, Fraud Prevention, or Cybersecurity solutions.\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies.\n\nInformation for US Applicants\nFor roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $95.500,00 to $ 148.300,00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
