Progress starts with you.\nJob Description\nThe Sr. Analyst, Client Due Diligence (CDD), is responsible for executing and supporting Visa’s client due diligence and acceptance program in accordance with global AML, ATF, and Sanctions policies and procedures. The role involves conducting complex CDD and EDD reviews, performing ongoing monitoring activities, leading teams and providing subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders and clients. In addition, this role is expected to perform secondary reviews, quality assurance checks, and provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members to ensure consistency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance across reviews.\nQualifications\n5 years of relevant experience. \nPreferred Qualifications:\n6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD \nBachelor’s degree required. 7-10 years of experience in AML, ATF, BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, and Sanctions compliance, with a strong focus on Client Due Diligence. \nProfessional AML certification (e.g., CAMS) preferred. \nDemonstrated experience performing complex CDD and EDD reviews, including high-risk clients and jurisdictions. \nStrong working knowledge of global AML and sanctions regulations and regulatory expectations. \nProven ability to conduct secondary reviews, exercise sound judgment, and provide clear, constructive feedback to team members. \nDemonstrated strong leadership, effective relationship management abilities, project management experience, and a proven track record of managing teams. \nExcellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. \nStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. \nAbility to manage multiple assignments of varying complexity with minimal supervision. \nProficiency in MS Suite with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint. \nHigh level of attention to detail, organization, and record-keeping. \nAbility to perform effectively under pressure and collaborate across teams and functions. \nSelf-motivated and adept at working independently or in a team on multiple and varied tasks. \nFluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus \n\nInformation for US Applicants\nFor roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $136,000.00 to $ 217,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
