translate strategy into multi-year roadmaps and quarterly outcomes.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify platforms, reduce toil, and increase automation; drive adoption of modern engineering practices and standards.\nAct like an owner: steward investment decisions, optimize total cost of ownership, and ensure resources are allocated to the highest-value outcomes.\nTechnology & Architecture Leadership:\nServe as a senior technical authority for network and infrastructure platforms; set architecture standards, engineering principles, and guardrails.\nPartner with enterprise architecture and security teams to ensure designs meet resiliency, performance, and risk requirements.\nThink big and challenge the status quo by evaluating emerging technologies and patterns that can improve scale, reliability, and customer experience.\nOperational Excellence & Reliability:\nOwn service reliability, availability, performance, and capacity; create clarity on roles, responsibilities, and accountability.\nChampion inclusion and diversity; foster psychological safety, encourage constructive debate, and enable each other to succeed.\nAttract, retain, and grow talent through intentional development, succession planning, and high-performance expectations.\nVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications:\n12+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, OR 15+ years of relevant work experience.\nExperience in technology leadership with increasing responsibility, growing and leading high-performance teams, and directing the IT function.\nExperience in taking ownership of complex, multi-faceted, open-ended problems and driving them to completion.\nExperience in digital media, AV, UC, voice, video, streaming, and conferencing infrastructure.\nExperience architecting and deploying enterprise-scale solutions and driving technology transformation.\nExperience applying AI and agentic technologies in digital media/UC environments.\nExperience in providing exceptional customer service and supporting business continuity planning.\nExperience in metrics-driven management and business impact.\nExperience in change management and business continuity.\nExperience in mentoring and managing high-performing teams.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience.\nExperience leading large, high-performance teams in organizations with 5,000+ employees.\nExperience leading enterprise technology and cultural transformation programs.\nExperience with ServiceNow ITSM Tool.\nExperience with ITIL, Six Sigma, or Agile development.\nExperience in driving consensus across diverse, global technology, and business partners.\n\nInformation for US Applicants\nFor roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $194,700.00 to $ 340,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
