Progress starts with you.\nJob Description\nRole Summary:\nThe Sr. Finance Manager; Financial Analysis is responsible for developing, interpreting, and implementing financial concepts for financial planning and control. This role performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance, gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.\nThe position also conducts economic research and studies in areas such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance, and the impact of governmental requirements.\nAll roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control.\nPerform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.\nGather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.\nConduct economic research and studies in areas such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance, and impact of governmental requirements.\nSupport the preparation and analysis of operating metrics, utilizing data to create process efficiencies, identify bottlenecks, and initiate process improvements.\nVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications:\n8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.\nExperience in financial analysis, planning, or accounting.\nExperience in preparing and analyzing financial plans and forecasts.\nExperience in conducting economic research and studies.\nExperience in interpreting financial concepts for planning and control.\nExperience in summarizing recommendations for financial plans and operating forecasts.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD.\nExperience in audit, finance, accounting, or statistical reporting.\nCPA preferred.\nExperience in advanced application of pivot tables, macros, and formulas.\nExperience in resolving tough business problems with well-structured analyses.\nVisa is an EEO Employer\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
