Progress starts with you.\nJob Description\nSenior Analyst, BioCatch FP&A\nPosition Summary\nThe Senior Analyst, BioCatch FP&A will play a key role in supporting the financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making activities of the BioCatch business. This individual will partner closely with BioCatch leadership, Visa finance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable financial insights, drive operational excellence, and support growth initiatives.\nIn addition to core FP&A responsibilities, this role will serve as a critical contributor to the FP&A integration of BioCatch into Visa, helping to align planning processes, reporting frameworks, forecasting methodologies, and performance management practices. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial Planning & Forecasting\nSupport the monthly forecast, annual operating plan, and long-range planning processes for the BioCatch business.\nBuild and maintain financial models for revenue, operating expenses, headcount, and investment planning.\nAnalyze actual results against forecast and budget, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.\nSupport scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to inform business decisions.\nFP&A Integration Leadership\nServe as a key finance representative supporting the post-close integration of BioCatchs FP&A processes into Visa's finance operating model.\nLead workstreams related to planning, forecasting, management reporting, and KPI alignment.\nPartner with Corporate Finance, Accounting, HR, Strategy, and other teams to standardize financial reporting and planning processes.\nHelp develop and implement new reporting frameworks, forecasting tools, and management dashboards.\nDrive process improvements and identify opportunities to automate and streamline financial reporting activities.\nSupport integration-related analyses, synergy tracking, and executive reporting requirements.\nBusiness Performance Analysis\nMonitor business performance across revenue, expenses, profitability, customer growth, retention, and operational metrics.\nDevelop insightful analyses and recommendations that help leadership drive business results.\nCreate executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate financial performance.\nPartner with business leaders to understand performance drivers and emerging trends.\nManagement Reporting\nPrepare monthly and quarterly business reviews for BioCatch and Visa leadership teams.\nConsolidate financial results and deliver accurate and timely reporting packages.\nSupport variance analysis and preparation of executive commentary.\nEnsure consistency and accuracy across all financial reporting deliverables.\nStrategic Finance Support\nSupport business case development for product investments, strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and growth opportunities.\nConduct ROI analysis, investment evaluations, and financial impact assessments.\nAssist with post-acquisition value creation tracking and performance measurement.\nProvide analytical support for leadership reviews and strategic planning discussions.\nCross-Functional Partnership\nPartner with Product, Sales, Operations, HR, Accounting, and Strategy teams to understand business performance and financial implications.\nAct as a trusted finance partner by delivering data-driven insights and recommendations.\nSupport finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.\nQualifications\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.\n3-6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, accounting, or related analytical roles.\nStrong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.\nExperience preparing management reporting and executive presentations.\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting software, SaaS, cybersecurity, fraud, risk, identity, fintech, or technology businesses.\nExperience supporting acquisitions, integration efforts, or finance transformation initiatives.\nFamiliarity with subscription business models, ARR, Applicants\nFor roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $129,200 to $206,700 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).
