Progress starts with you.\nJob Description\nThe is responsible for owning key modules and performing code and design AI architectural reviews, suggesting best practices, and implementing design and development standards. This role is suited for a specialist with practical experience in generative AI, a passion for problem-solving, expertise in modernizing legacy code, and enthusiasm for adopting emerging technologies such as large language models (LLMs). The position requires an experienced AI/ML engineer with a proven track record of developing multiple AI applications and managing the entire spectrum of AI application development while leading multiple workstreams. The team is tasked with building key AI/ML applications and scalable pipelines, and the successful candidate will act as the AI projects design authority, shaping best practices and methodologies within the team.\nAll roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and deliver specific project deliverables as an AI Engineer.\nProvide guidance to the engineering team on building new LLM applications and leveraging existing AI applications.\nImprove the productivity of the engineering organization by infusing AI into coding standards and practices.\nAct as the AI projects design authority and shape best practices and methodologies within the team.\nDesign and build scalable machine learning pipelines and AI/ML models.\nCollaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI/ML solutions into production systems.\nCollect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity.\nTrain and fine-tune machine learning models, evaluate performance, and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.\nConduct research to explore new techniques and methodologies in AI/ML technologies.\nCommunicate technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders.\nVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications:\n3+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience\nPreferred Qualifications:\n3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)\nExperience in developing and implementing AI/ML models and algorithms.\nExperience in designing and building scalable machine learning pipelines.\nExperience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions.\nExperience in collecting, preprocessing, and analyzing large datasets.\nExperience in training and evaluating machine learning models.\nExperience in modernizing legacy code and adopting emerging technologies.\nExperience in acting as a design authority and shaping best practices within engineering teams.\nExperience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience in leading multiple workstreams in AI application development.\nExperience in generative AI and large language models (LLMs).\nExperience in infrastructure automation development and enhancing productivity using LLM models.\nExperience in developing robust and scalable products for cybersecurity.\nExperience in conducting research and experimenting with new AI/ML techniques.\nExperience in mentoring junior team members and leading implementations on key modules.\nVisa is an EEO Employer\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
