Progress starts with you.\nVisa will accept applications for this role until at least 10-31-2026Job Description\nOverview:\nThe Senior Product Manager, Consumer Product Growth is responsible for driving the adoption, engagement, and growth of Visa's Secure Remote Commerce (SRC) platform and Click to Pay experiences. This role focuses on understanding consumer behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering solutions that improve adoption, conversion, and long-term usage.\nWorking closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, Data Science, Issuers, Merchants, Wallets, and Fintech partners, this individual will help shape and execute growth initiatives that make digital checkout experiences simpler, more trusted, and more widely adopted. The ideal candidate has experience building consumer products from zero-to-one and a passion for solving customer problems through creative, data-driven innovation.\nKey Responsibilities:\nIdentify consumer pain points, behavioral trends, and growth opportunities to improve adoption and engagement across SRC and Click to Pay.\nDefine product requirements and partner with engineering and design teams to deliver consumer experiences that increase usage and conversion.\nDevelop and execute growth initiatives focused on consumer acquisition, activation, retention, and repeat usage.\nAnalyze consumer behavior and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to design, test, and launch experiments that improve consumer and ecosystem outcomes.\nImprove checkout conversion by reducing friction and enhancing trust, convenience, and usability.\nCollaborate with issuers, merchants, wallets, and internal stakeholders to support adoption and ecosystem expansion.\nDefine and monitor success metrics including enrollment, recognition, conversion, engagement, retention, and transaction growth.\nLeverage data, consumer insights, AI, and experimentation to inform product decisions and growth strategies.\nCommunicate product vision, priorities, and results effectively across stakeholders and leadership teams.\nVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications:\n8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD\nPreferred Qualifications:\n9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD.\nExperience building and scaling consumer products, including zero-to-one product development and launch.\nStrong background in consumer product management, growth, digital commerce, fintech, or consumer technology.\nDemonstrated ability to drive user adoption, engagement, and behavioral change through product innovation.\nCreative, customer-focused mindset with a passion for solving consumer problems.\nExperience using experimentation, analytics, and customer insights to make data-driven product decisions.\nStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance long-term vision and near-term execution.\nProven ability to work effectively across Product, Technology, Design, Marketing, and Analytics teams.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nInformation for US Applicants\nFor roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $180,600.00 to $ 289,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
