the product. \nGo-to-Market & Commercialization\nPartner closely with Business, Sales, Commercialization, and regional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies. \nDefine compelling value propositions, positioning, target segments, use cases, and customer narratives. \nTranslate complex product and technical capabilities into clear, simple messaging for customers, sellers, executives, and partners. \nDevelop product narratives, solution materials, demos, and sales enablement content. \nParticipate in customer and prospect conversations to understand needs, articulate the solution, and convert market feedback into scalable product opportunities. \nConnect product strategy with commercial execution to help move opportunities from concept to customer adoption. \nMarket & Competitive Intelligence\nBuild a strong understanding of the dispute management, chargeback, acquiring, merchant services, and payments technology landscape. \nConduct structured competitive analysis across product capabilities, customer experience, integration models, business models, positioning, and target segments. \nIdentify market trends, competitive gaps, and opportunities for differentiation. \nTranslate competitive and market insights into recommendations for product strategy, roadmap, positioning, and GTM. \nClearly articulate where Visa’s capabilities are differentiated and where further product investment is needed. \nData & Integration Strategy\nDefine the data and integration requirements necessary to support scalable dispute management solutions for acquirers, merchants, processors, and ecosystem partners. \nUnderstand the types of data required to power dispute workflows, automation, decisioning, and customer experiences. \nPartner with Engineering and Architecture to define scalable integration patterns across APIs, batch/file integrations, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and third-party platforms. \nDefine requirements for data ingestion, normalization, mapping, matching, validation, quality, monitoring, and exception handling. \nUnderstand and evaluate trade-offs across customer implementation effort, scalability, latency, reliability, security, and maintainability. \nHelp create repeatable integration models that reduce the effort required to onboard new customers and data sources. \nAI-Driven Innovation\nIdentify practical opportunities to apply AI across dispute management, data integration, decision support, and workflow automation. \nPartner with Engineering and Data Science to evaluate capabilities such as intelligent data mapping, automated onboarding, anomaly detection, workflow automation, and decision support. \nApply a pragmatic approach to AI, prioritizing measurable customer and business outcomes. \nLeverage modern AI-assisted tools for rapid product discovery, prototyping, requirements development, and solution validation. \nCross-Functional Leadership\nWork effectively across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, Business, Sales, Commercialization, Operations, and regional teams. \nServe as a bridge between customer needs, commercial strategy, and technical execution. \nDrive alignment across stakeholders with different priorities and levels of technical expertise. \nCommunicate complex product and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. \nInfluence without authority and drive outcomes in a complex, global organization. \nWhat We’re Looking For\nProduct & Commercial Leadership\nDemonstrated experience building new products or major capabilities from 0→1, ideally in complex B2B or enterprise environments. \nStrong product instincts with an ability to translate ambiguous business or customer problems into actionable product strategies. \nExperience partnering with business, sales, or commercialization teams to take products to market. \nStrong customer discovery, market analysis, and competitive analysis capabilities. \nAbility to translate individual customer requirements into repeatable, scalable product opportunities. \nCommunication & Articulation\nExceptional written, verbal, and enterprise data integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and integration architectures. \nAbility to understand data structures, integration dependencies, system constraints, and architectural trade-offs. \nFamiliarity with REST APIs, webhooks, batch/file integrations, event-driven systems, streaming, or similar integration patterns. \nAbility to translate customer and business needs into detailed product, technical, and data requirements. \nAble to operate credibly with engineers and architects without needing to be the engineer implementing the solution. \nExecution & Ownership\nHighly proactive, hands-on, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. \nAbility to operate across both early-stage product creation and scaled product execution. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. \nBias toward action, experimentation, learning, and measurable outcomes. \nNice to Have\nExperience in payments, fintech, acquiring, merchant services, chargebacks, or
