Progress starts with you.\nJob Description\nThe Senior Product Manager, Fleet and Mobility - Key Client serves as a hands-on, embedded technical partner working day-to-day with internal Visa teams and external partners to build, launch, and scale new fleet and mobility solutions, driving successful solution delivery. This role translates Visa platform capabilities - including VIP authorization, clearing, and payment processing frameworks - into clear, actionable implementation guidance, and leads technical problem-solving and solution design across markets and use cases alongside the Key Client.\nOperating within a one-team model across Visa and our key client, the role accelerates delivery by removing integration blockers, aligning stakeholders, and enabling rapid decision-making. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in Visa processing and ecosystem integration, brings strong payments and fleet domain knowledge, and has a hands-on execution mindset - able to quickly ramp in as a highly responsive and trusted counterpart to the client’s team.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEmbedded Technical Partnership:\nServe as a hands-on, embedded technical partner working day-to-day with internal Visa teams and external partners to drive successful solution delivery.\nOperate as a highly responsive counterpart, ensuring consistent engagement and support to partner teams.\nBring the right internal and external stakeholders together quickly to unblock decisions and accelerate progress.\nSupport onboarding and enablement of partners by driving knowledge transfer and implementation best practices and ensuring Visa Client Services/various Visa Implementation teams configure and launch all platforms for successful solution delivery.\nTechnical Problem-Solving and Solution Design:\nTranslate Visa platform capabilities (e.g., VIP, clearing, payment processing frameworks) into clear, actionable implementation guidance for partners across different markets and use cases.\nLead technical problem-solving and solution design, providing direction on how to implement Visa capabilities effectively.\nAct as a subject matter expert on Visa processing and ecosystem integration, including issuer and acquirer capabilities and platform constraints.\nProvide guidance on system configurations, dependencies, and limitations, and identify practical paths to achieve desired outcomes.\nProduct Strategy and Ownership:\nDirect product strategy from conception and definition through implementation, ensuring alignment with Visa's fleet and mobility platform objectives and the key partner’s roadmap requirements (as per Visa AOP approvals)\nIdentify new business and market opportunities within the fleet and mobility ecosystem; develop business plans and prioritize feature delivery across supply-side (fuel merchants) and demand-side (fleet platforms, FMOs) participants.\nDetermine market and customer requirements and ensure consistency of new capabilities with Visa's organizational objectives and the key client’s platform specifications.\nFormulate and execute delivery plans to meet scope, milestone, and cost targets.\nPromote adoption of new technologies and industry-leading trends within fleet and mobility payments.\nAcquiring, POS and Certification:\nGuide issuer and acquirer certification processes required for merchant onboarding and transaction readiness, with particular depth on the acquiring side.\nDrive product integration across POS acquiring ecosystems, including terminal enablement and acceptance flows.\nChampion merchant system readiness for fleet commercial products by working with terminal vendors and software companies.\nEnsure alignment with acquirer, processor, and network requirements across regions.\nExecution and Go-To-Market:\nSupport MVP delivery timelines, including pilot execution and integration milestones.\nPartner with regional teams to support go-to-market planning and execution across global markets, including Australia, & New Zealand, broader Asia Pacific, Europe, and other key regions; travel globally on-site as needed to support partner onboarding and alignment.\nDrive readiness for issuance, scaling from pilot to production deployment.\nContribute to sales enablement through development of product collateral, demos, and technical FAQs.\nCross-Functional Collaboration and Operating Model:\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Regional teams, and partners to ensure alignment and execution at scale.\nEnsure integration with VisaNet, issuer processors, and partner platforms including Pismo and CyberSource.\nContribute to defining and refining the operating model and ways of working to optimize delivery and scalability.\nTrack and report on key performance indicators to measure integration progress and product success.\nVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications:\n8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.\nExperience in applying Agile principles across design, development, testing, and product management.\nExperience in developing software capabilities to support sales, service, or customer relationship management functions.\nExperience in multi-tasking, organizing, managing, and implementing complex projects directly or through supervision.\nExperience in cross-functional collaboration with systems, marketing, and sales teams.\nExperience in product management or technical product roles within payments, fintech, or mobility platforms.\nWorking knowledge of the card payment lifecycle, including VisaNet authorization, clearing, and settlement.\nExperience with issuer and/or acquirer certification processes, with preference for acquiring-side exposure.\nFamiliarity with VisaNet or equivalent network processing environments.\nComfort working with APIs, distributed systems, and platform integrations.\nAbility to work across multi-stakeholder initiatives in a cross-functional environment.\nExperience working in Agile environments across cross-functional teams\nPreferred Qualifications:\n9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD.\nAgile certifications such as CSM and CSPO, or their equivalent.\nExperience in identifying points of failure and formulating error-handling approaches for product resiliency.\nExperience in fleet, mobility, or commercial card ecosystems.\nFamiliarity with closed-loop and open-loop payment models.\nExperience with platforms such as Pismo, CyberSource, or similar payment infrastructure providers.\nUnderstanding of transaction routing, resiliency, and failure handling in payment systems.\nExposure to product rollouts across multiple regions;
