Progress starts with you.\nJob Description\nOverview:\nVisa is currently seeking a seasoned Sr. Financial Systems Analyst to play a critical role in Finance Systems Strategy (FSS) organization, which is responsible for defining the global finance systems roadmap as well as the implementation and enhancements of financial systems. Excellent business and systems analysis, critical thinking, internal controls understanding, seamless coordination and communication skills are crucial for this role. Must also be self-directed and comfortable in multi-tasking, disciplined, and adaptable to change.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDeliver System initiatives and enhancements\nPerform Business System admin activities in Source to Pay applications including SAP Ariba, Oracle EBS R12, ZIP for Sourcing, SAP Concur and SAP Fieldglass\nProvide end user support (research, functionality, etc.)\nCollaborate with business partners to develop comprehensive and concise business requirements and user stories for requirements\nWork with IT dev team to support agile development of all regional/global system enhancements\nDemonstrate technical expertise and business acumen\nEnsure Global data and process standards are implemented\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all system changes and enhancements\nDrive efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining, standardizing, and automating processes and reporting requirements.\nCommunicate effectively and proactively with all levels of management and articulate ideas and recommendations clearly.\nEnsure compliance with Financial Internal Controls and SOX policies as deemed appropriate. Identify, recommend and implement control improvements throughout the business provided processes\nMaintain system training material and deliver end user Training\nParticipate and support business recovery/continuity planning testing\nDocument and maintain business admin run books and standard operating procedures\nResponsible system related periodic activities i.e. month end/year end support etc.\nVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\nQualifications\n8+ years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 6+ years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)\nTotal 6-8 years of Business Analyst experience preferably supporting SAP Ariba, Oracle EBS\n5+ years of Ariba/Oracle EBS experience in Source to Pay\nExcellent project management skills and ability to effectively juggle multiple projects at one time and meet project deadlines.\nDemonstrated ability to learn quickly and achieve in-depth understanding of complex processes and systems.\nStrong communication and presentation skills\nProven success and industry reputation in building partnerships across business and IT stakeholders to deliver positive results\nStrong work ethic with commitment to customer service to various stakeholders is a must\nExperience with Oracle EBS, Ariba, Concur proficiency, working knowledge of Ariba P2P, S2C and Oracle EBS Finance processes like General ledger, Procurement, Expenses, etc.\nProven success and industry reputation in building partnerships across business and IT stakeholders to deliver positive results\nVisa is an EEO Employer\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
