Progress starts with you.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities\nCloud Platform Engineering\nBuild, enhance, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes (EKS) platforms.\nDesign and develop reusable Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.\nSupport platform standardization, modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives.\nParticipate in Kubernetes cluster lifecycle activities, including provisioning, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.\nAutomation & DevOps\nDevelop and enhance CI-CD pipelines and automation workflows.\nBuild self-service capabilities for engineering teams.\nAutomate operational, governance, security, and compliance processes.\nCreate reusable platform modules and engineering blueprints.\nReliability & Operations\nParticipate in platform support, incident management, and root cause analysis.\nImplement observability, monitoring, alerting, and operational readiness improvements.\nSupport production stability and drive reduction of operational toil.\nContribute to capacity planning and platform scalability initiatives.\nSecurity & Compliance\nPartner with Cybersecurity teams to implement security controls and remediation activities.\nSupport vulnerability management and platform hardening efforts.\nEnsure infrastructure solutions align with enterprise security and compliance requirements.\nCollaboration & Technical Leadership\nWork closely with application teams to onboard workloads to cloud platforms.\nMentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.\nContribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and operational runbooks.\nVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n4-8 years of software engineering, cloud engineering, or platform engineering experience.\nStrong experience working in Linux background.\nHands-on experience with On-Prem services.\nExperience with Kubernetes and container technologies.\nStrong experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks.\nExperience developing automation using Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages.\nUnderstanding of CI-CD practices and DevOps methodologies.\nExperience with Git-based source control and Agile development practices.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience operating Amazon EKS platforms.\nExperience with Kubernetes networking, service mesh, or ingress technologies.\nExperience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD.\nKnowledge of observability platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or Splunk.\nFamiliarity with policy-as-code and cloud governance frameworks.\nExperience supporting production environments at enterprise scale.\nVisa is an EEO Employer\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
