This role is responsible for driving alignment, transparency, prioritization, and execution across a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives, often spanning teams and leaders outside of immediate reporting structures.\nThe ideal candidate excels at building relationships, navigating competing priorities, and driving outcomes through influence and collaboration. Responsibilities\nPortfolio Leadership & Governance\nLead portfolio management and governance across multiple technology organizations, ensuring strategic alignment, prioritization, roadmap visibility, dependency tracking, risk management, and effective execution.\nPartner with assigned Technical Program Managers and Project Managers across projects within the portfolio to coordinate execution plans, track milestones and dependencies, manage delivery risks, and ensure project-level activities remain aligned with overall portfolio priorities, governance standards, and strategic objectives.\nCreate scalable frameworks, metrics, and reporting mechanisms that provide transparency into portfolio health, resource constraints, delivery progress, emerging risks, and investment decisions.\nCross-Functional Influence & Stakeholder Management\nBuild trusted partnerships and influence senior leaders, technology teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to align on competing priorities without direct authority.\nFacilitate cross-functional discussions, resolve conflicts, navigate complex situations with diplomacy, and provide objective analysis and strategic guidance to leadership teams.\nTechnical Strategy & Delivery Enablement\nDevelop sufficient technical depth across multiple domains to engage effectively with engineering and architecture teams, understand roadmaps, platform strategies, architecture considerations, and delivery dependencies.\nTranslate technical concepts into business-focused communications and enable execution excellence through clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and actionable plans.\nExecutive Communications & Reporting\nPrepare and deliver executive-level presentations, portfolio reviews, business updates, strategic recommendations, and concise data-driven reporting on portfolio performance, risks, trends, and opportunities.\nProduce clear, compelling communications for audiences ranging from individual contributors to executive leadership, including strategy documents, governance updates, planning materials, and executive summaries.\nAI, Process Improvement & Automation\nIdentify and implement 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD\nPreferred Qualifications\n9 or more years of relevant work experience with a organizations, including governance, prioritization, roadmap alignment, dependency management, risk tracking, and portfolio health reporting.\nSolid understanding of software delivery practices, Agile methodologies, technical roadmaps, architecture considerations, and delivery dependencies, with the ability to translate technical information into business-focused insights.\nStrong executive presence with proven ability to prepare concise, data-driven portfolio reviews, strategic recommendations, business updates, and decision-ready communications for senior leaders.\nExceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities with diplomacy.\nExperience leveraging AI, automation, analytics, or modern digital capabilities to improve portfolio visibility, reporting efficiency, decision-making, execution discipline, and operational effectiveness.\nProven success influencing stakeholders and driving outcomes without direct authority across technology, product, business, engineering, and architecture teams in large matrix organizations.\nStrong analytical, organizational, systems-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, with experience using portfolio and project management tools such as Jira, Clarity, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.\nDemonstrated experience in operational management, including establishing operating models and processes, coordinating resources and priorities, monitoring performance, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous improvement across complex, cross-functional organizations.\nVisa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.\n\nInformation for US Applicants\nFor roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $146,300.00 to $ 234,400.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
