This role is crucial for the successful development and implementation of our products. You will play a key part in feature prioritization solution design overseeing the development team overseeing cloud infrastructure coordinating cybersecurity assessments and enhancing application performance. You will collaborate closely with our Engineering UI UX design Implementation and client-facing teams.\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical and product experience especially in a fintech or startup setting.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage the delivery of features from start to finish including prioritization design testing cybersecurity and go-live.\n\nCoordinate with teams such as Engineering Quality Assurance Cybersecurity Implementation and Product Leadership.\n\nProvide ongoing support for client issues in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production environments.\n\nConduct functional testing of new features and contribute to improving the quality of products processes and operations.\n\nAssist in creating documentation including product manuals and technical briefing materials for clients.\n\nThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.\n\nQualifications: \nBasic Qualifications\n3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or an Advanced\nDegree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD or PhD)\nExperience in a fintech or startup environment is essential. You should be able to\nhandle multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic setting.\nExperience in software development or technical product\nmanagement.\nStrong understanding of DevOps practices cloud technologies and security\nprinciples.\nAbility to develop Proof of Concepts during solution design.\nA proactive go-getter attitude capable of working with cross-functional teams for\nswift delivery.\nExcellent communication skills for engaging with both internal and external\nstakeholders.\n\nAdditional Information: \nVisa is an EEO Employer.
