This newly established role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our financial technology ecosystem, including NetSuite, Kyriba, Concur, Stripe, Ramp, and system integrations through Boomi. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with financial systems knowledge, project management capabilities, and leadership experience to support global business operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs the Global Financial Systems Administrator, you will:\nAdminister, configure, and maintain enterprise financial systems, including system security, workflows, customizations, scripting, and integrations. \nManage multiple global projects and system enhancement initiatives from planning through implementation. \nLead and mentor a small offshore support team, ensuring timely resolution of issues and continuous service improvement. \nDesign, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions, scripts, custom records, workflows, and third-party integrations to support evolving business requirements. \nProvide day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for finance system users. \nCreate and maintain comprehensive system documentation, user guides, and training materials. \nCoordinate and manage NetSuite's biannual release process, including sandbox testing, impact analysis, user acceptance testing, and production deployment. \nPartner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to maintain system integrity, improve operational efficiency, and ensure data accuracy. \nMonitor application performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement solutions to maximize system stability and reliability. \nDevelop customized reports, dashboards, and saved searches that provide actionable business insights. \nAutomate business processes by implementing workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and system enhancements. \nEnsure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards. \nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline. \nExperience\nMinimum of five years of hands-on experience administering and supporting NetSuite ERP. \nStrong expertise in NetSuite customization, including Suite-Script, workflows, custom fields, custom records, forms, saved searches, and reporting. \nExperience supporting enterprise financial systems and business process automation. \nProven experience managing multiple projects and delivering system enhancements in a global environment. \nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced knowledge of NetSuite administration and platform configuration. \nExperience with financial system integrations using Boomi or similar integration platforms. \nStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes. \nExperience designing reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions. \nKnowledge of SQL or other database query languages. \nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. \nProfessional Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach to delivering solutions. \nExcellent project management and organizational skills. \nEffective communication and stakeholder management across global teams. \nAbility to collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries, cultures, and business functions. \nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. \nStrong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring technical support teams. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with:NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) \nNetSuite Account Reconciliation \nKyriba Treasury Management \nBoomi Integration Platform \nConcur Travel & Expense \nStripe \nRamp \nEnterprise billing and case management systems \n\nProfessional certifications such as NetSuite Administrator, CPA, CMA, or other relevant financial systems certifications. \nSuccess Profile\nThe ideal candidate is a technology-driven finance professional who excels at optimizing enterprise financial systems, leading cross-functional initiatives, and delivering scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency.
