As the number of locations and international team members continues to grow, there is an urgent need to transition from locally optimized IT environments to unified, globally managed IT controls and operations.\nThe mission of this role is to scale our Headquarters' forward-thinking IT strategy-which includes active business utilization of modern AI tools like Claude and Gemini, advanced SaaS integration, and internal DX initiatives-across all global offices to deliver a consistent IT experience and governance framework. Operating from Japan, you will serve as a bridge to support global team members, leading the planning, architecture, and operation of cross-border IT services and operating models.\nThe Corporate IT department's core mission is to leverage technology to accelerate business growth while solving organizational challenges.
